鹽林山林小屋(Saltbush Retreat)

鉄道利用でロングリーチに着き、ホテルの送迎をしていただきました。列車は当初3時間遅れで、結局30分遅れまで回復したのですが、それでもチェックイン終了時刻を過ぎての到着で不安でしたが、駅までの送迎をしていただきました。また、翌日も他のゲストの方々とは異なる出発だったにもかかわらず、町までの送迎をしていただき大変助かりました。レセプションで時間を持て余していると、お水を差し入れてくれたり、プールを案内してくれたりと、ホスピタリティには大変満足し、アウトバックでのひと時を快適に過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。

I booked from the photos on the web which do not reflect what I thought I booked. Basic cabins which are not rustic. It's all ok was just disappointed with the misrepresentation of the property. I would have booked cheaper accommodation if I saw it was a basic cabin. Also you have to be in before 5pm.

Quiet enough and. In reasonable condition but no seating other than on the bed, or the bottom bunk to watch TV. Would have been cramped for space if children were actually using the bunks. Photo shows two chairs, not there, in our cabin there were 2 bunks.

We paid quite a high price. For sone reason we were in a 2 bedroom unit but I stayed with that but discovered the buildings had two units in duplex form. Sound proofing was nonexistent. First night two energetic kids - they wrnt to sleep early. Next night two noisy couples. Still carousing at 1:30 AM. We won't stay again.

Very comfy bed. Hot shower with decent pressure. Decent tv. Very quiet despite being close to the main road. A little dated with creaky floors and a leaking tap, but overall very good. I’d definitely stay here again

Really nicely done: the Slab huts are at the edge of the property and have nice landscaping. Close to attractions but on a service road opposite so quiet. Area out the back was leafy and peaceful. Didn’t use the bath terrace - but nice idea.

Was offered a dirty cabin filled with dead bugs, broken air conditioner, missing door. Offered another cabin which was also dirty. 3rd time lucky, found the door handle was busted so the lock didnt work on the cabin. Manager was rude and insisted it locked. When proved wrong, insisted our belongings would be safe regardless. Eventually offered an upgrade which also had not been cleaned and dead bugs around the room. Ended up leaving after one night although paid for two. Won't be back and would not recommend.

Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Has a kitchen but no other dining and if you don’t have transport you are not close to town, lucky some restaurants have free pick ups.

Accommodation was unique as it was originally a block of stables. Very tastefully converted & renovated & comfortable. Was within walking distance of the Qantas Museum.
