橡樹屋旅館(Oak Tree Inn)

There were bugs crawling on me when I got into the bed. Cockroach walked across my arm! I was told I would receive a discount next time. I returned to the hotel and was not provided that discount at all. Unacceptable!

The man at the front desk was very nice & made check in super quick! The room was good, the upgrades added like an upgraded stay!!!

Sheets and pillow cases not changed, has hairs and stains, cash deposit is just to make A** fees (who else has an A** in their lobby?), front desk sleeping in the morning makes it impossible to get deposit back at checkout

I love the old school charm of the place and it was affordable. Biggest complaints were the leaky roof (asked for help but I think they forgot) and the five bed bug bites I have. I loved the location the most

The hotel is super cute but the guy at check in was a super rude. Horrible attitude when checking in. When that is your first experience at the hotel it's not smart. They need to find someone that likes there job.

For The price was really clean kinda but better than some other ones i stayed at with higher pricess i checked every corner of the bed if it had any bugs it was clean bed sheets didn't use then brought my own but pretty good not bad at all thick walls so had the tv valume up

It was good and clean. The location was also very good. We had access to many stores outside the hotel.

Over all the property is alright but it’s the second time we have stayed here and have been woken up at 4am by the people staying next to our room. It is unpleasant to drive 8 hours and not to be able to get a good rest at night because of all the noise between the loud talking and occasional heated arguments in the neighboring room.
