Samantha was the best, she helped me work through a card issue and was just a wonderful person.

It was one night trip with husband. This will definitely be our go-to whenever staying in the So Cal area. The hotel was very clean, as was our room. Room was big, nothing outdated. Parking was very convenient. Very happy with our stay.

We stayed there for my wedding. I booked 2 exact same suites but the room that was given to my fiance was smaller than my suite. I was in the penthouse and he was given the room on the 12th floor. On the day of the wedding, while doing hair and make up preparations, the power tripped at my penthouse suite. There was a/c but there was no power on the electrical outlet. We were running out of time to prepare and it took them almost 2 hours to fix it. There was no sense of urgency from the staff. Also, the light switch in the bathroom is broken.

I arrived a little early, but they permitted me to check in. The room was clean, well maintained, but a little small. They've adapted by installing slightly smaller amenities such as the bathroom sink with very limited counter space. Overall, fairly nice.

This place is rip-off. I paid $340 for the night for an average hotel - then they charge me $25 for overnight parking - they told me breakfast was in the lobby and I assumed it was a typical free breakfast...NOPE...an expensive breakfast menu - and I had to pay $4 for a cup of coffee. And pool and jacuzzi were not available. TOTAL RIPOFF

It's located in a bisy intersection, but safe with ample and spacious covered parking. Excellent customer service extended by the staff from all department. They are friendly and professional. Spacious room, clean, and good amenities. I'll definitely stay again when I come to town.
