哈希恩達恩坎塔達度假村(Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa)

Great food from the grill restaurant. Had buffet the other night with magic show, but the food was below standard.

La propiedad esta lejos del centro, y no cuenta con playa, el paquete all inclusive es malo y el dia que haces checkout, ya no puedes consumir nada a menos que pagues De verdad es la primera vez que me pasa

En la propiedad me gustó todo está muy bonita todas sus instalaciones falta un poco de mantenimiento el agua no sale caliente y la refri no para de enfriar el extractor del baño muy sucio se reporto a mantenimiento y no lo atendieron

Una excelente propiedad. Lastima que todos los empleados sean mexicanos.... si lo digo asi por que soy mexicana...y no por que me de vergüenza.... si no por que me apena como otro mexicano discrimina a otro mexicano.... no generalizo ya que hubo empleados que mis respetos... como por ejemplo armando gonzalez excelente trato.. pero es una pena que personal como quien se presentó como concierge en area de alberca del hotel vista encantads quien despues coincidió en alberca del hotel hacienda encantada.... trata a otro mexicano como si no fueramos a dejar propina ( cabe destacar que el hotel aplica en automático el 20 x ciento en la cuenta de consumo el pago total... hayas estado o no conforme con el trato) yo tengo doble nacionalidad mas siempre en mi tierra me presento como mexicana.... pero veo que es un error ya que el peor enemigo de un mexicano es otro mexicano. Las instalaciones muy buenas bellas vistas es costosos el hotel pero lo merece.... como consejo si te hospedas en este hotel y quieres recibir mejor trato no hables español frente a los empleados. En cuanto a los beneficios de *******.... por alcanzar algun nivel... este.hotel no lo toma mucho en cuenta. Un reconocimiento para el personal de area de alberca armando gonzalez y una area de oportunidad y capacitación a perosnal como la concierge yuritzi.que es grosera y despectiva para los huéspedes que.erroneamente.escogimos este hotel que al ser.costoso esperamos algo mejor.

The views are breathtaking and the service was great. There is zero nightlife, it would be nice to have a DJ play music in one of the many areas, but the resort is pretty much asleep at 9 pm.

Excelente la estancia, el hotel es muy bonito, la comida y bebidas muy ricas el personal es amable y atento, sin dudas volveré a hospedarme.

Bad welcome at the check-in. Check-in clerk not friendly and welcoming. Refused to answer questions. Everything is for money even the paper towel and small coffee pack. Tries to get money from customers in-appropriate way. Take a deposit and try to charge $ 25 when return the deposit at check out. Had to argue with the check-out clerk for several thins to make the correct payment. Huge difference between the things said by check-in clerk and the check-out clerk. The hotel has a set-up that getting guests money (cheating) in an appropriate way that ordinary guest does not know that he was cheated.

Awesome property, very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was just ok, no entertainment, pools close early (adult pool closes at 5:30!). Our room overlooked the beautiful ocean, but also construction from 8:00 until 6:00 everyday. Very loud, hammering, sawing ect. Overall a very nice property, but would not stay here again due to having to sign a receipt and tip for everything all day long!

This property was an Suprise. I have underestimate the size and quality of this place. The only thing I would comment there were not enough umbrellas by the pools for everyone. Pool service personals had not the I am happy to work here attitude. Occasionally it felt like we bother them to get us drinks. I did not like staff of 4 employees ( apparently inspection ) were dinning in hotel guests area by the pool...does not appear to me professional. The driveway to resort is not as glamorous as other resorts do have. Otherwise we loved this resort. Spotless, groomed to perfection, the best resort I have seen so far in Mexico to accommodate children to play fun and safe in pool areas.
