洛斯卡波斯硬石飯店(Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos - All Inclusive)

Me gustaron las instalaciones ya que son modernas y amplias. Tiene varios restaurantes, de mis favoritos el Gallo, Zen, Amazonia, Market y Cafetto.Las camas muy comodas, habitaciones limpias y bonitas. Cuenta con albercas grandes, pero con agua fria y pocos jacuzzis . El shows nocturno que mas me gusto fue el de Rock. Las bebidas en general muy bien. Lo que no me gusto fue la atencion de algunos meseros ( la minoria ), porque se veia la preferencia hacia huespedes extranjeros. Tambien algo que no me gusto, fue que en las albercas el personal del hotel, reservaba los camastros a las orillas de las albercas principales desde temprano ,con los nombres de las familias con membresia Legendary, aunque la familia nunca se presentaba, ahi se quedaba el lugar sin us**** casi todo el dia, y por tanto no habia camastros suficientes y teniamos que buscar donde hubiera lugar. Lo que si había mucho eran tipo áreas privadas cercanas a las albercas, pero vacías porque tenían cargo adicional. Tiene área de boliche con costo adicional por persona. Tienen área de videojuegos pequeña, pero variada sin costo. Cuenta también con una zona con varios columpios tipo hamaca para descanso muy recomendables . También el área de toboganes muy bien vigilada y segura. El gym muy bien. La playa muy limpia, no se puede meter al mar porque es mar abierto, pero tuvimos suerte de ver ballenas desde la orilla y los atardeceres espectaculares.

Es tal vez la mejor experiencia que e tenido, el mejor hotel en el que me e hospedado, la habitación es increíble y amplia, el all inclusive excelente, buena comida y bebida sin límite y bebidas preparadas muy buenas, su personal muy servicial y amable, en especial mi concierge samanta nava qué hizo posible una velada más que especial con mi prometida, la comida del chef Fernando una exquisites y el. Equipo de meseros ismael y su capitan víctor, nos dejaron con el pendiente de algún día regresar! Gracia

Me gusto sus instalaciones , no me gusto el servicio , hostigamiento de parte de los vendedores , no hay Uber de regreso al aeropuerto , ni hay vestidores o bañadores para el último día , no te pueden cuidar una simple mochila junto a la maleta . Muy caro para lo que ofrece .

No pensé que era time share, yo no tenía ni muy remotamente pensado ir a comprar semanas, te cobran muy caro para que te presionen tanto para comprar unas semanas, estratosfericas. Si quieres pagar 2,500 dlls de estancia y que te quieran vender tiempos compartidos de 100,000 dlls. Éste es tu lugar. Y tiene un grave problema con el aire acondicionado en las areas comunes, todo mundo sudando y quejándose de ésto.

This was the worst hotel stay we have had. When we checked into the hotel with our 1 and 1/2 year old they gave us a room directly above their events balcony. There was unacceptably loud music in our room until 10pm. They would not move us into a new room until we complained to the front desk three times. We attended a marketing presentation that we were fooled into doing by someone who claimed he was our host for the weekend if we needed assistance. They were extremely aggressive trying to sell us their membership deal and after everything, they didn’t even credit the points to our room so when we went to the spa to book a couples massage we were denied our gift. The food was terribly salty and we sent a dish back that the chef came to personally apologize for because it was so bad. We were treated rudely and even changed our flights so we could leave early. I would never recommend to anyone to stay at a Hard Rock hotel.

The entire experience was awful unfortunately starting with my arrival. They told me I booked one adult so I had to pay for my wife when I arrived even though it was impossible for me to book for one as I have NEVER booked for one person and my default is 2. ******* couldn’t help either so I was forced to pay additionally. They started by telling me that it was going to be an extra $270 a night. I had already paid $580 a night. When I complained that I could currently bug the entire weekend for two adults for $593 a night they dropped it down to $189 a night. On top of that, this was during a hurricane so all of the amenities outside and restaurants outside were closed. I essentially paid for my wife and I to sleep because you could not get to one of the 3 bars that were working and there was no AC as the hotel was running off a generator. It smelled and it was dirty and this was prior to it flooding. The food choices were limited due to the preparation of the hurricane as well. We did not even want to go, but the hotel policy was they would not refund us if there was, in fact, a hurricane, which it turned out the hurricane did not impact them directly anyway. The food was buffet style except for the one night because only one location takes reservations at the view restaurants that are open. The buffet at food that have been sitting out for hours per normal thing, but unfortunately limited air-conditioning the food was potentially hazardous and sweating.

Buenas tardes; mi habitación fue la 3238 las instalaciones del cuarto y el hotel son excelente lo que está horrible y terriblemente es la dinámica que ocurre dentro del hotel ( gente borracha, para todo es pago extra, los meseros te ignoran al menos que les des una propina inicial, cero dinámica familiar, no hay camastros tienes que pagar por una libanesa o cabaña que fue en nuestro caso que es de 228 dlls al día para poner tener un lugar en la alberca, los restaurantes ya sea desayuno o cena son sin reservaciones y para el buffet de la mañana es un caos porque hacer fila para entrar y luego fila para poder ordenar del buffet, fatal la dinámica del hotel es horrible a menos que seas adolescente y lo único que quieras es tomar alcohol de pésima calidad y bailar con chicas en la alberca buscando algo más.

1. Late check-in: arrived around 12pm, we understood that room would be available around 3pm. But it’s not the case, we ended up getting our room around 3:45pm and had to wait in line to ask many times, got no email notification. 2. Rooms wasn’t clean enough, and still hear noise from the outside. 3. Luggage were delivered until 5pm, what’s a bummer! We called the bellboy and they said it’s in progress, we called again and they were mad at us. We didn’t enjoy the first night. 4. Restaurant have limited food, they are almost fully booked except for the uneditable restaurant which is Ciao. 5. Staff were not so friendly. Looks like they had too many guests. We have been to many all-inclusive resorts, but Hard Rock is struggling for its fame. Don’t think we ever come back again.

Muy bonito lugar, vistas, comida y bebidas muy ricas y el ambiente rockero me encanto. Lo unico me gustaria que dejaran entrar a los ubers para el dia del check out, la transportación de los taxis es muy cara.
