恩坎塔達莊園別墅(The Residences at Hacienda Encantada)

Éramos un grupo muy grande, Estefanía Avilés nuestra concierge estuvo al pendiente en todo momento, fue muy amable y nos ayudo a contratar actividades en Los Cabos, su servicio fue excelente!! En cuanto al hotel las instalaciones son muy buenas el restaurante 3 Marias tiene una vista espectacular.

Clemente la persona que nos atendió siempre estuvo súper al pendiente de que no nos faltara nada, muy atento a nuestras necesidades, nos ayudó con reservaciones y recomendaciones, el hotel en general no necesitas salir para nada tienes todo lo que necesitas ahí dentro, son unas vacaciones espectaculares

Clemente nos atendió excelente, fue muy agradable en todos los días que nos hospedamos Incluso un día dejé mi celular en la camioneta y lo regreso! Excelente persona! El hotel nos encantó y el servicio de todo el hotel también La limpieza y atención en general estuvo súper bien

Hacienda Encantada Residences Check-in was easy, the resort is well maintained and so beautiful. Our butler, Daniel, was amazing…so helpful and paid attention to every detail! We enjoyed all of the restaurants that we dined at, especially Los Riscos. The food was excellent, service was good and the view spectacular! We were also grateful for Manuel’s help when my husband needed more insulin.

Todo estuvo excelente, súper atención. La comida deliciosa, las albercas super buena temperatura. El hotel muy bonito. Clemete, quien nos atendió nos dio un excelente servicio siempre con la mejor disposición y actitud. En general todo el personal con la mejor atención.

First class service at “The Residences at Hacienda Encantada” was provided by the entire staff. We wanted to thank Oliver our reservation agent for recommending that we take advantage of the all inclusive premium package (on sale), I kept hearing YES from the staff every time I asked “is this included?”The weather that week was super hot with high humidity. We were constantly amazed how everyone on staff managed to keep a smile on their faces under those difficult conditions. More specifically our butler Clemente, he always returned our calls immediately, arranged for private drivers, made restaurant reservations and offered advice on where to go. Could not have asked for a better butler! Our private pool was sparkling clean! Thanks to the daily cleaning by our pool man Angel that did not go unnoticed. Food wise Mestizo restaurant was the best! Spectacular views,amazing meals and impeccable service provided by Marcos and the rest of the server team. Martha at the Pergola pool bar served up fresh, artistic and tasty sushi rolls! Pool cocktail service by Bernardo at the rooftop Vista pool was solid and on point. Kid Monster rock band Jammed!!(amazing band history provided by Eddie was a testament to the spirit of survival under dire circumstances). Great trip, we shall return. Carlos and Frances Guerrero

Estuve de visita y fue horrible el Trato a sus empleados esta Sra Alejandra manager humilló a esa chica le gritaba y no le importaba nada está enfurecida experiencia horrible mi desayuno todo excelente hasta ver esto pésimo pésimo no volvemos.

El servicio y la atención de Clemente es increíble, las instalaciones de primera , me encantan las flores y la decoración de el lugar, la comida y las bebidas deliciosas , los meseros con la mejor actitud , en verdad todo muy bien , muchas gracias por todo

Todo está muy cómodo y la comida muy deliciosa, la atención de primera calidad sin duda es un lugar para pasar unas vacaciones inigualables,el lugar es muy recomendable sin lugar a duda es un lugar perfecto para poder descansar y la suites son muy cómodas
