埃斯佩朗薩飯店 - 阿爾柏格度假村精選(Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection)

Es la segunda vez que pongo este comentario Fui a comer a cocina del mar, honestamente la comida muy rica, la atención dentro del restaurante también muy buena, lo malo fue a la hora de salir, les pedí de favor en el lobby que me acercaran a la entrada del resort (pues existe el servicio de transporte en golf karts), pues ahí pasarían por mi, a lo que me dijeron que no podían que estaban muy ocupados y que me fuera caminando. Me parece un atención pobre y no acorde con el establecimiento. Al poco tiempo se comunicaron conmigo para disculp**** y convencerme de eliminar el primer comentario que había escrito, argumentándome que les diera una segunda oportunidad, me invitaron a alma (el bar del hotel) acordamos fecha y hora, pero cuando llegué nadie me recibió, nadie sabía de la invitación y al final pagué los tragos y la cena full price. Es un hotel con buena comida, buena vista, excesivamente caro y terrible atención al menos al turista mexicano.

Fui a desayunar a cocina del mar, honestamente deliciosa la comida y la atención dentro del restaurante impecable. Lo malo fue a la salida, pedí que me dieran ride a la salida, pues iban a pasar por mi a la entrada y me comentaron que estaban muy ocupados y no podían, que caminara yo hasta la entrada. Me parece una atención pobre y fuera de lugar para el establecimiento

Back to Esperanza again in July this year making it my 6th trip. It never disappoints in it's beauty. The staff is especially amazing and Hector Lopez is (quite possibly) the best concierge - ever! Muchas gracias, Esperanza. Volvere de Nuevo el proximo ano!!

El resort es bellísimo, tiene varias albercas distribuidas en distintos sitios y un área con peces koi divina. Nos quedamos 3 días y al final no nos salimos porque encontramos muchas cosas por hacer. Los restaurantes son distintos entre sí por lo qué hay mucha variación en la comida y nos gustó la experiencia omakase.

Gran lujo Villas increíbles ,la propiedad es divina , tiene una jardinería land scape única , sus playas , albercas , restaurantes en puntos estratégicos ! La decoración y tamaño de las Villas increíbles , el personal da un servicio 7 Estrellas , la comida exquisita , las vistas mágicas , todo es excelente !

excelente de pies a cabeza, no hay duda de que vale cada centavo. el servicio es el mejor que hay, la comida es espectacular y cada detalle esta perfecto. es un gran lugar y todo esta de maravilla. me parece increíble llegar a un lugar tan increíble como el Hotel Esperanza y aun así encontr**** con que increíblemente el servicio es aun mejor que el hotel y esto hace mucho mejor la estancia. es difícil de encontrar un lugar igual o mejor

I was about to book this hotel for august, but the reservations lady was very 'robotic' and was not really helpful. I wanted to book the 1 bedroom ocean view suite, which sleeps up to 3. However we are a family of 4 with 2 small girls age 6 and 7. She was not allowing me to book that room because of 'fire hazard' despite a 149 sqm and other 5 star hotels locally have rooms of 89 sm and sleeps upto 4. She said she will allow a roll away bed in the living room but up to 3 guests - but isn't the extra rollaway bed a fire hazard? Hotel has lost a potential returning 'customer purely because of this unhelpful lady.

Disfrutamos de una excelente semana y la pasamos increíble, las habitaciónes y las areas del hotel excelentes, pero lo mejor de todo fué el servicio que recibimos durante toda nuestra estancia, Muchas gracias a todo el personal en especial a Guillermo Ampudia por todas tus atenciones, siempre al pendiente de que todo estuviera al 100, Juan ( Lobby ), Antonio ( Pool Bar), Lupita Silva ( Camarista ) por mencionar a algunos, MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TODO !!!

It was my family’s 9th stay at the Esperanza, so I am clearly already partial to the property. However, I left last year feeling (and sharing) that some improvements were required, mainly to the food. One year later and, wow. Not a complaint to be had! I’ll start with the always amazing: The rooms are beautiful, property is impeccably manicured and stunning, service is simply spectacular with most of the employees having spent many years at the property. The gym is very well appointed and regular classes and activities are offered as part of your stay. The spa is lovely and Nayeli there (along with many colleagues) gives wonderful massages and other treatments. We have young children and the staff was very accommodating, as always. The adult pool is absolutely spectacular and the whales were really putting on a show! The gentlemen that attend to the pool area are top of their game and make the pool even more magical. Now, for the food. Esperanza has long been home to the spectacular Cocina Del Mar, a top Cabo restaurant. It has only improved. Every dish we tasted both times we went this trip was really delectable. The view and restaurant are magical. They had live music that was perfect. I highly recommend the desserts, all just so tasty. Our morning breakfasts were also delicious - they do breakfast right at the Esperanza! I wasn’t surprised to find Cocina Del Mar impressive, but I was pleasantly surprised with our other on-property meals. The adult pool food is perhaps better than ever, with great options for all types of eaters. The poke bowl is so good I found myself ordering it daily, but there are many other options. For dinner, Las Estrellas, the wood fired restaurant, was great. I was pleasantly surprised to see it refreshed visually and with gorgeous gardens that grow much of the produce used on property. Pizzas, salads, and wood fired sea food were all fresh and fabulous and nice to a casual yet delicious meal. Lastly: La Palapa. I had previously relegated it to only “kid meals” - some quesadillas when we need to get the kids to sit down and eat before continued swimming. But I was proved wrong! I had great salad and fish tacos on two separate occasions. It has been renovated a bit and is very beautiful with added seating and great service. We went to the taco evening and it was so lovely, with delicious grilled seafood and an array of fresh, traditional options. The dessert cart was especially fun with a churro station, candied apples, cotton candy, an array of Mexican treats and - best of all - the most wonderful coconut sorbet that is still making my mouth water. We enjoyed every on property meal thoroughly. Lastly, a cocktail / coffee bar was added where the lobby used to be, overlooking the spectacular view. This was a great addition and we enjoyed a few drinks there before dinner. Kudos to the team for continued up-leveling of the property and experiences. Though it’s hard to find things to improve, I have two suggestions.
