勒諾城舒適飯店(Comfort Inn)

The room was clean, bed comfortable, everything worked, staff was friendly. No issues. Just what we needed.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Florida and was so happy that we stopped again on the way home. We were not disappointed. Service and staff were warm, friendly, helpful and made our stay a delight!

I liked that it was quiet and everyone was willing to help. The way the roads in and out confused me at first so some heads-up about that would be nice.

Clean, updated hotel. Staff very friendly. Beds comfortable, not too soft. Breakfast ok, with some hot options. Safe area.

Our plan was to stay for 3 nights but had to stay an extra night. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was always hot and ready.

Hotel is located right off the interstate and has many restaurants within easy driving distance. Room was clean from the bed to the bathroom. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly. I wish breakfast started earlier had to leave before 6:30.

We only spent one night but the room was nice, clean , and comfy!

Excellent experience. Recommended. They gave me an accessible apartment and I didn’t ask for it. I had a late check in, my room was just ok, but hotel was really good and friendly staff.

I paid way too much for this room. There were stains on the carpet in our room & on the mattress! The next morning, I went to the breakfast area & got a bowl of cereal for my 5 yr old granddaughter. As i was leaving to take this back to the room, I spilled some milk. The person working the front desk rudely announced that i spilled milk! I said I'm so sorry. No response. He then grabbed a towel to wipe it up. I apologized again & thanked him for cleaning it up. Again... no response! Rude!!
