路易斯威爾市區萬怡飯店(Courtyard Louisville Downtown)

This was one of the worst stays in all my years of travel. When I go to the room, I wondered why there were packs of ear plugs next to the bed. I thought the last guest left them there. NOPE!! From 8:00pm until I left at 4:45AM there was nothing, but motorcycle drag racing. It was like trying to sleep on an Indy track while the cars are racing. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!

I was shocked to find out that our room was only going to be cleaned every two days. For the price we payed I would expect clean towels and beds made everyday. The parking joke was just that, a joke. I would like to know how are you suppose to get in the hotel to check in when you need a room key to open the door. The elevators were very dirty. The garage was also in need of a good cleaning. And PAYED PARKING???? Never again. Was not worth the money spent.

I was in room 811. There was road noise. Can't say this was consistent throughout the property though one person I met in the elevator was checking out after one night due to the noise. Management is aware of the problem because there were complimentary ear plugs. For the most part the hotel and kitchen staff was great. But in three out of four breakfasts my breakfast was served in lousy to go boxes despite being dine-in orders. On the third morning I asked that the boxed breakfast be transferred to a plate but was told no because the restaurant was closed. The breakfast was "served" at 9:57 AM. The restaurant hours were advertised as closing at 10:00 AM. I had sat down and ordered breakfast at about 9:35. I didn't believe the server. The next morning, I was served white toast instead of the wheat toast I had ordered. I asked that it be exchanged for wheat toast but was told they were out of wheat toast. I'm not sure I believed the server. It was the same server all four mornings. I gave a frown to Eco Friendly because hotel policy has gone too far. The water saving toilet required multiple flushes to evacuate. The flow control in the shower head was too restrictive. Housekeeping checked on towels on day three of four days but there was no bed make-up service. Again, my interactions with the hotel staff were great. They were very helpful and informative about places to go. The room and facilities were clean. The location was close to the convention center.

Had such a wonderful stay here. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Decided at check out to extend our stay one more night. The lady at the desk was so helpful in making our last minute reservation go smoothly for us and keep us in our current room. We had a great view of the Yum center from our 5th floor balcony. Will definitely be staying here again!

Check and call them to see if everything is working specially if the pool is open or closed also they say Microwave available by request and when we did request they the front dest said that there's only 1 available Microwave to use by where they sell heat and serve foods ! So disappointing !!!!!

Was a little confused about where to check-in because sign was inside parking garage instead of out by street. Refrigerator didn't work upon arrival, but after calling front desk, maintenance brought a replacement promptly. Very nice, spacious rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

We had the beat shuttle driver of our lives. Help square away our reservation when we got to the hotel. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Convenient location. No surprises here. Clean, comfortable room. Parking garage to hotel was easy enough. The road sound was not nearly as bad as all these other reviews claim. They are either super light sleepers or we stayed when there was no traffic. The Starbucks was meh, but not going to knock the hotel for that. Would stay here again.

Overall was a great experience, the staff were super friendly and helpful parking was easy very convenient to downtown attractions, disappointed that the pool wasn’t open even though we had called ahead of time to check to make sure the pool was open when we got there it was not
