舒適套房飯店-大學(Comfort Suites - University)

Good place to stay. Room clean and beds comfortable. Over the past few months there has been more construction workers. If I am by myself I do not mind but I would not stay here if I brought my family.

Staff was extremely attentive, rooms were clean, lots of breakfast options and the price was well worth the stay. Will make this my go to place to stay when traveling to Lubbock.

The room was not clean. The bathroom glass door would not stay closed. The breakfast was poor.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much - staff was super friendly, property was very clean and organized. The only objection I had was there were purple spots on the comforter on my bed, and the soap etc. containers were all very small.. 1 small bar of soap for sink and tub. Over all we would go back to this property.

The breakfast. Staff at desk was great. Breakfast room was ready and staff was helpful.

Micheal was very polite. He was excellent on getting myself and my family checked in. Definitely will return to this hotel in the future.

Multiple complaints of guests above jumping off furniture slamming doors running across floors until 300 am. Begged to be moved for two days

2nd time staying here and we love it. Love the quietness and friendly staff. Breakfast is great! The pool table area was a little messy but nothing to down grade them. Will definitely stay again!

The only complaint i have is that when i arrived no one was at front desk to check me in. I had.to call the hotel to tell her i was there. Everything else was great.
