Staff helpful but the room is bit small n old Limited amenities in the room Walking distance to a shopping Center nearby

Very good hotel, worth all the price. Clean room, good service and very enjoyable breakfast. Quiet location but near city center.

Hotel z ponad 40 letnią tradycją jeden z bardziej znanych w Lublinie. Odnowiony, odstaje na plus od podobnych hoteli tej sieci jakością obsługi, klimatem. Ładne czyste wnętrza, Świetna cicha okolica. Respektowanie przywilejów lojalnościowych. Świetna cena, Dobre śniadania. Tu można odpocząć.

Polecam ten hotel w samym centrum miasta.Blisko znajduje się Park Saski idealny na spacer albo poranny jogging. Obsługa bardzo miła i kompetentna. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, duży wybór potraw.Pokoje czyste i zadbane , wygodne łóżka.

Hotel przez duże H. Prawdziwa baza wypadowa do odkrywania Lublina. A tak naprawdę przygoda zaczyna się właśnie w Mercure! Bardzo życzliwa i pozytywnie nastawiona obsługa, profesjonalizm w każdym calu. Przepyszne śniadania i najwyższej jakości kawa. Wszędzie elegancko i czysto. Przyjechałem i poczułem się po królewsku. Wrócę na pewno!!

I got woken up in the morning by some noisy people on the corridor , you can hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next door because the rooms are not sound proofed. The shower door was faulty and water does onto the floor, they said they’re like fix it but no improvement Breakfast was poor quality with very little section This hotel is not in line with the standards of other Mercure hotels, I paid £276 for 4 nights for a luxury room but there was nothing superior about the room at all , tiny rooms positives: The room was ok, just average , very nice shower gel was supplied. The bed was comfortable and they had a tv with bbc world etc The hotel bar closes at 10 I’d say this hotel is worth around £25-30 per night cos you are going to spend money every day on taxis to and from the city centre cos it’s in the suburbs

I stay 3 night in this Hotel ! The room was basic not to bad and clean ! Unfortunately the biggest concern for me was luck of personal security ! No in room safe !! The door of the room had no automatic closing ? What make very risky as employe cleaning the room can forget to close the door ? then what ? I decide during my stay not to service the room ! I am also concern that the door of the room is not according to fire safety regulation ! The corridors remind me of communism time ! The breakfast was very good ! Also this hotel is next university not Old Town ! To old town take you 15-20 min not that far ! Would I stay in this hotel again ? NO ! Because of luck of security

Extremely basic room with old and very tatty furniture, fixtures and fittings. Aircon doesn’t work so had to open the window. Then very noisy (avoid rooms on low floors if possible). Despite having a reservation for a king size bed I ended up with twin beds. Very uncomfortable and very small. The ‘bedside lamp’ (also broken) and charger were behind the pillow so the room was clearly not meant to be a twin. The door didn’t shut independently so you need to be careful. That said the Bar and restaurant staff were friendly.
