佩爾戈拉之家家庭旅館(B&b Pergola House)

Ho soggiornato qui una notte con mia moglie e figlia e ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo. Camera in un palazzo d’epoca in pieno centro a Lucca, comodissima, con un bel letto grande ed un lettino su di un soppalco di legno. Bagno spazioso con una doccia ampia e comoda. Ottima anche la colazione con paste fresche, una torta fatta in casa, frutta, caffè e cappuccio. Molto gentile la proprietaria, prezzo super competitivo

Pérgola House es un excelente B&B bien situado y muy tranquilo para descansar. Todo se puede hacer a pie desde el alojamiento. Fácil acceso a 15min a pie desde la estación de tren de Lucca. Habitación y baño muy amplio. Muy buen desayuno variado.

Camera spaziosa in palazzo d'epoca recentemente ristrutturato nel centro di lucca. Abbiamo preso una quadrupla con bagno. Comoda e pulita. Il palazzo si affaccia sulla piazza ma la zona è molto silenziosa e al contempo in centro città. Colazione abbondante e varia dal dolce al salato. Consigliato

Struttura molto carina, al centro di Lucca comoda per raggiungere qualunque angolo della città. Camera confortevole, bagno top. La signora Lucia con le sue splendide colazioni ci ha dimostrato gentilezza e simpatia. Insomma, tutto splendido. La consiglio

Wonderful place to stay. The building is a charming, old house, the ceiling is hugh and the old furniture gives you all the magic you need. Nice view over the center of Lucca, nice persons at the breakfast table, cozy and familiar.

Excellent vfm; quirky; easy walking distance for all the sightsin Lucca.

Was a great quick stay over for the concert. Clean and AC and comfortable. Very conveniently located to everything and quick walk to train station.

I only give 2 stars for the kindness of Lucia, the lady who runs the bed & breakfast. Lucia tries to please the customer, paying attention to his needs. She is a sweet person, with whom you can dialogue willingly. I paid 275€ for 4 nights, I DON'T DESERVE IT. Let's start with the major problems. 1) there is no shower cubicle in the bathroom and every time I took a shower the floor got wet because the carpet was not sufficient; 2) there is no curtain and the shutters are old-fashioned. Besides being difficult to open and close, I always got my hands dirty with dust. So I was always forced to go to the bathroom to change (where there is only a small window); 3) in five days I could only watch TV half a day because the TV does not receive the channels properly. Other problems: 1) the cleanliness leaves something to be desired (I found dust on the cupboard shelves and the toilet brush was not completely clean); 2) I did not feel safe in the evening when I returned to the bed & breakfast because Piazza Romano is a bit isolated and dark, and there is a homeless person living under the portico of the church opposite; 3) if we want to be precise, the furniture on the ground floor is old, it should be renovated; 4) when you have a large suitcase, there is a problem because there is no lift and, above all, the stairs are old and narrow
