Booked this room with kitchenette hoping to cook some noodles soup for dinner. However, there are no pots/dishes/cutlery/dishwashing liquid available

Freundliches Personal, zweckmässiges Zimmer, Gehdistanz zum See. Liegt leider an sehr lärmiger Strasse und die Zimmer sind auch sehr schlecht schallisoliert, sodass man auch den Nachbarn einfach kennenlernen kann. Kleine Küchenecke vorhanden. Aussenparkplätze für CHF 20.- pro Nacht vorhanden.

Belle chambre avec salle de bain. Cuisine mais on doit payer pour avoir les chaudrons et assiettes et le reste. Le personnel courtois, poli et donne des renseignements si on le demande. Bien situé, je le recommande avec un prix raisonnable.

Con mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante una breve vacanza; posizione comoda e trovato parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe visto l'arrivo in serata. Appena arrivati in stanza le sorprese, mancava il bidè e addirittura la TV, che delusione.

So I understand any lodging with A/C in Europe is a coin toss but decent properties and owner-operators are honest and simply state they don’t have A/C. This place is unconventionally the farthest from Swiss decency possible. They market themselves as having A/C. Room as hotter than lobby. Went to ask lobby staff (lady is nice but huh with no hair is simply repugnant). His excuse was it’s hot outside. I had to inform the gentleman that many cities around the world are hot during the summer and A/C works in all of them. He simply could care less. Owners should either thanks this guy for his service and send him off to some hostel with uncaring paying guests but any half decent hotel can’t afford this type of treatment post-Covid. This is what makes business go broke. Terrible front desk service (from the guy). Repugnant individual honestly. If you read my over 110 reviews you’ll note I never have harsh words for people. This guy deserves them.

Siamo stati una notte in una stanza piccola con cucina all'ingresso. Personale accogliente punto strategico vicino al lungolago, i parcheggi non sono il punto forte. Bar fuori vicino alla struttura.
