如果您要預訂盧加諾的豪華酒店，我別無選擇。雖然它不是在市中心，但它位於一個美麗而安靜的區域，步行 10-15 分鐘到城市非常適合在吃了很多比薩餅后安頓下來。場地簡直令人驚嘆，景色令人驚嘆，自助早餐並不驚人但非常好（雖然讓您坐下的女士可以多笑一點，但早餐的所有其他工作人員都很棒）。私人麗都很棒。 對於我們一年一度的夏季旅行，我永遠不會住在盧加諾的另一家酒店，它贏得了我一生的忠誠。

Das Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola war für uns als Familie mit unserem Baby ein wahres Juwel. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch: Das Personal war ausgesprochen herzlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und verwöhnte uns mit einer reichen Auswahl. Unser Zimmer war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern bot auch genügend Platz und einen unvergesslichen Blick auf den malerischen Lago di Lugano. Wir haben jede Minute unseres Aufenthalts genossen und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, wiederzukommen. Immer wieder gerne ;)

Séjour de deux nuits. La chambre avec une magnifique vue sur le lac et le Monte San Salvadore était superbe, grande et très confortable, elle offrait tout le confort nécessaire dans un cadre très calme.. Le spa était également très bien équipé et parfait pour se reposer avec une journée de visite. L’accueil du personnel était également au top, à la hauteur de ce superbe hôtel. Ils sont également beaucoup pour beaucoup dans la réussite de notre séjour luganais. Enfin, le repas du soir pris au restaurant de l^hôtel « le relais » était succulent. Dernier point l’hôtel est très bien desservi par les bus, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture au garage. D’autant plus appréciable que l’offre du séjour comportait un abonnement pour les transports publics. Bref, un superbe hôtel que nous vous recommandons avec grand plaisir.

Traumhaft schöne Auszeit Etwas ausserhalb, mit einer traumhaft schönen Aussenanlage. Wir verbrachten unseren 25. Hochzeitstag in diesem schönen Hotel mit südlichem Charme! Wir wurden verwöhnt, phantastisches Essen - sehr schön und sofort gerne wieder! Grazie di cuore - a presto!

Horrible experience so far. THIS IS NOT A LUXURY HOTEL. The driveway was under construction. we were forced to be dropped off 80 yards from the entrance. My husband, with a foot injury and broken toe, was forced to drag our bags up the hill to the entrance with no help from any bag porters. The room has no central AC and is outdated. The hallways are not clean and the main living areas of the hotel have no air conditioning. Avoid at all costs. This place is outdated and old. Stains, chips on the door, etc.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l’occasion des fêtes de Noël à la Villa Castagnola et avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le staff de l’hôtel est en tous points parfait: efficace, souriant, sympathique, bi ou trilingue. Les décors de Noël étaient grandioses. Chambre et service au top ! Nous avons essayé les 3 restaurants, dont le dîner de Noël au Relais;c’est absolument parfait. Petit déjeuner-buffet de haut niveau avec de remarquables produits (confitures, gâteaux maison renouvelés) et très bien « surveillé », il ne manque jamais rien. Pour nous, cerise sur le gâteau:alors que nous n’étions jamais venus, nous avons été surclassés dans une très belle suite avec vue splendide sur le lac de Lugano. Il existe plusieurs hôtels 5 étoiles à Lugano, mais si nous revenons dans la région, nous reviendrons sans hésiter à la Villa Castagnola !

What a fabulous place to stay. My niece and I started our vacation with two nights in Lugano at this fabulous gem of a hotel! The bar was set high after our experience here! Wonderful lake front suite! The staff from the reception(Alessio, Ricardo and Laura) to Stefano and Marko in the restaurant and Carmen in housekeeping were exceptional ! We did not want to leave and will return for a longer stay! Be sure to make reservations for dinner at L’Arte a true treasure of a dining experience! Thank you to all for making us feel so happy!
