王冠宮殿旅館(Crown Palace Inn)

I didn’t (Couldn’t) stay this hotel becuase they lied to me. I was supposed to stay 1 night, But I realized the train was delayed more than 24 hours. I asked them changing the date one day ahead,also told them I don’t have internet so can’t change on the app my self. they said “no problem”. But when I arrived at 11PM, the reception woman who is very rude told me I need to pay one more night. even the reason is changed everytime when they were saying. (first the expidia cancled, second I didn’t call them at the same day again, third it is expired, last one is thet don’t have a room 😂) I tried to explain, But the woman just disapear. If they said they can’t change the date first time, I would book another accomodation of course. There havior looks just want to get more money. that’s all. Also they said “there is china” definitely racism as well. Even I am not from china. They think all asian is from china. So silly.
