Great staff, easy check in and rooms are decent. I could hear alot from other rooms.

Room was smelly and had bed bugs! I was on the second floor and got moved to the 5th floor. Second room was better but looked run down. The staff were lovely but the fact first room had bed bugs put me off!

Arrived just after 2pm. They wanted £10 to check in early despite all the rooms being ready and creating a queue to wait for 3pm. The staff then said they would ALLOW me to check in 3 mins early without paying if I gave them a good review! They gave my key card but spoke to someone else about their need for reviews, rather than tell me what room I was in and where it was.

Standard Premier Inn, with the quality, facilities and cleanliness you'd expect, with a bar/restaurant. However, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay great. For us, finding out the day before that the free NCP car park next door referred to on the Premier Inn website is actually closed to both cars and pedestrians from 10pm to 6am would have been a disaster on the day as we'd have had to abandon our car AND luggage to leave at 4.30am to fly off on holiday! Dijon went out of his way to make alternative arrangements for us when we rang to get directions to a 24 hour car park and our stay was therefore seamless 🙂

I had a great time with my family at premier inn. The bed and the customer service was the best bits! Big thankyou to Dejon at front desk who assisted me and Mandy at breakfast who made it a great experience especially for my daughter!

The room was dirty (blood stain on carpet and skirting board), no towels, carpet not vacuumed, dirty bathroom floor. The room had obviously not been prepared before our arrival. We had to wait 20 minutes before another room was prepared.

The staff were the only reason I didn't score the hotel lower. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time, we were given a key to a room that was still in use, and where the guest was in the shower. This time, we were in a room with a very poor quality of bathroom. The bath had cracks all around the edges, it had hairs inside - and the sink tap jetted water in every direction except down, soaking several of our belongings. The breakfast was very good, and the staff friendly and helpful, but overall, I expected better from a Premier Inn.

I stay in this hotel whilst visiting friends and family. It is comfortable and quiet and meets my needs during my visits . Breakfast was great and I felt rested and relaxed whilst staying there . Would recommend this hotel

I would like to thank all the staff dejon, Julia,Charles,zoe,and many. For the exelent sevice. They are all so polite and cosiderent to all who stay there .the rooms are all clean and tidy. The food is excellent. I don't normally like premier inns .but if the rest of them are as good as this one I wouldn't hesitate to stay in any premier inn. Thank you again to all the staff
