盧森堡高瑞斯集團(Hotel Parc Beaux Arts)

We went on a short vacation to Luxemburg. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the center so nearby everything but the big downside is that their is a café accros the street en the noise was so loud. It was untill 6am in the morning.We havent slept. Also when we took a shower in the morning, the water switch from normal to very hot. So dangerous! When we said our complains when we checked out they just said that they are working on it and that's it! We saw reviews from 5 years ago where they had the same complains so they are not working on it! We paid 300€ for one night where we couldn't sleep en there was no service afterwords to compensaid or discomfort. You are never seeing us again!

We spent six nights at Parc Beaux Arts and couldn't have been happier. The room was large with a separate sitting area complete with a table and desk. I also liked that the TV wasn't in the bedroom (we never turned it on). The bed was very comfortable and cozy. We did sleep with the windows open and the street noise was a bit loud but being from NYC, we were used to it! The hotel offers earplugs and if you keep the windows closed, no noise issues (according to family staying in another room facing same direction but windows closed). The hotel is centrally located with a bus stop just a few minutes walk away (bus to main train station and tram line). Very easy to walk to several of the main squares. The onsite restaurant is delicious. Highly recommend breakfast (only open for hotel guests) and dinner. The restaurant is open all day for coffee and it felt like a mix of locals and visitors. All of the hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. So glad we stayed here as opposed to some of the more modern options we considered!

Nous nous sommes arrêtés prendre un café au bar de l'hôtel un accueil chaleureux.jean pierre qui tient le bar de l'hotel est un homme très Poli cordial et respectueux des client. Un décor chaleureux et calme comme nous aimons. A faire si vous vous arrêtez dans le coin.

En nuestro primer día en Luxemburgo comimos en la terraza del bistrot del hotel al sol. Personal muy agradable aunque un poco lentos. Todo lo que comimos estaba muy rico, no puedo opinar sobre el precio porque nos invitaron. Recomiendo la cerveza Battin que es la más parecida a la Mahou. Está muy bien situado. Recomendable para un día de "turisteo" por el centro

Tag Abbrechen Dennoch und obwohl booking.vom das Hotel um Einsicht und Rückerstattung bat hat hat das Hotel den vollen Betrag für die bereits ungenutzte und bezahlte Übernachtung in Rechnung gestellt Unmögliches Benehmen in diese Zeiten für ein Service- und Kundenfreundiches Hotel Never again

Wenn Sie schlafen wollen, buchen Sie woanders. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto kommen und parken wollen, buchen Sie woanders. Wenn Sie ein Elektroauto fahren, meiden Sie Luxemburg generell. Unser Zimmer 22 war schön. Suite wird es genannt. Ist aber nur zwei kleine Zimmer. Kleiner Vorraum mit großem TV und Stühlen und Sesseln. Kleines Schlafzimmer mit Queensize Bett, kleines Bad mit Dusche. Alles sauber und funktionsfähig. Zum Hotel gehört eine kleine Gaststätte. Draußen sind ein paar Tische. Einfaches Essen. Direkt gegenüber 3m nächstes Gebäude. Die Stadt ist sehr gut zum Shoppen und Ausgehen, das Hotel liegt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. ABER: sehr laute Umgebung. Nachts Lärm bis um 02:00 Uhr (73 dB im Durchschnitt gemessen), morgens ab sieben Handwerker und Straßenreinigung. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist unmöglich. Das Zimmer heizt sich auf im Sommer. Keine Lüftung, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein lauter Ventilator. Man kann ersticken und schwitzen oder muss den Lärm aushalten. Man kann nicht schlafen. Wenn Sie schlafen wollen, buchen Sie woanders. Wir hatten drei Wochen zuvor gebucht und explizit gefragt nach Parkmöglichkeiten und der Möglichkeit unser Elektroauto zu laden. Keine Antwort. Alle Angaben, die wir beim Checkin zum Parken und Laden erhalten haben, haben sich als falsch herausgestellt. Man kann im Bereich des Hotels nicht parken, nicht mal halten zum ausladen. Die nächsten Parkhäuser (7-12 Minuten zu Fuß) waren geschlossen und überfüllt, das Hotel hat weder eigene Parkplätze noch welche im Parkhaus verfügbar. Wir haben schließlich 20 Minuten entfernt in einem anderen Hotel der Kette geparkt. Alle angegeben Ladestationen waren nicht existent oder nicht funktionsfähig oder von nicht-Elektroautos zugeparkt.

Parc Beaux Arts 酒店是盧森堡市的標杆酒店。唯一的缺點是早餐的變化，你要根據你想吃的東西付費。最後，對於一頓像樣的早餐來說，賬單太鹹了（價格太貴了，一個迷你煎蛋捲加 2 個雞蛋 7 歐元，橙汁 5.70 歐元……）。
