西雅圖林伍德長住飯店(Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Lynnwood)

This place offered continental breakfast, but just keep in mind they don’t offer anything except for coffee for two hours in the morning maybe sometimes. The only positive thing I can say about it is the beds were comfortable. The walls were extremely thin and you could hear people coming and going all night. They were empty, dope bags on the stairs, the neighbors were playing music loud all day and screaming with it. Then you don’t get towels or anything unless you go get them yourself, and there were stains on the bedskirt. Everything was scratched up and old looking even the curtains were different lengths. I was pretty disappointed.

When we got there to Checkin there was a homeless person sitting in the Lobby. The Lobby is very small so it was awkward. The lady at the front desk told him he had to leave in 15 minutes however when we came back down the next morning he was still there sleeping on the bench in the lobby. I was traveling with my daughters so feeling unsafe I checked us out and went to another hotel. The beds are hard and there is obvious wear and tear on the walls and doors. Overall not what I expected from this hotel.

Front deck staff was rude and unhelpful. Check in was at 3pm and we were told when arriving (around 3:15pm) that our room wasn’t ready. We didn’t get to check in until almost 4pm which effected our plans in Seattle that evening. In lieu of they gave us a treat bag for our troubles which included expired popcorn and a cookie. Very unimpressed.

Enjoyed our stay with one exception. The grab and go breakfast was very limited. Chocolate muffins and coffee… no fruit and basically no choice. When I inquired, the attendant said that was all they had… unacceptable.

This property was horrible! I had to wait to check in nobody was at the desk. Then I went up to my room and there was a few men hanging out in the hallway watching me. Then once in my room above me sounded like 10 kids running and jumping off the bed. I didn’t want to complain seeing I have kids and know how they are. I waited for a couple hrs didn’t stop went in until about 1 then started again at 6am! I called down and did complain. They apologized. Then as I was checking out I went to the front desk to see about a refund but once again nobody was around..

Front desk staff was very friendly & the room was very clean. I would stay there again.

I got the place because they offeted bfast. Come to find out its just coffee because they ran out last week. Wth?
