Palvelu oli todella hyvää, parempi kuin viisi tähteä! He ovat todella auttavaisia ja arvostavat asiakasta. Paras hotelli jossa olemme yöpyneet Jordaniassa. Suosittelemme! Sijainti on myös erinomainen.

Genial, nos encantó alojarnos en este hotel en particular por el trato recibido. El recepcionista es un hombre muy amable, que nos dio la bienvenida con una bebida típica y nos explicó detalladamente todo lo relativo a Petra, nos gestionó la compra de las entradas a Petra by night y nos aconsejó donde comer o comprar. La ubicación es buena pudiendo ir incluso andando al centro de Petra. La habitación limpia y equipada. El desayuno Buffet completo. Se puede aparcar en la misma puerta del hotel. Se puede pagar con tarjeta. En resumen, muy recomendable.

I did a four night stay here at Petra Heart. It was a comfortable stay and the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean as well as the bathroom, I liked the fact that it was a walk in shower. Petra Visitor Centre was a 3 min drive or if you are walking then it will take 15/20 mins.

My travel agent booked this hotel so I went in blind. What I discovered was a phenomenal hotel with out of this world customer service! I travel often and I have stayed in many hotels across the globe in all price ranges and I can tell you this place is a rare find. They went above and beyond and thought of EVERYTHING! The location is also perfect, just over half a mile from the visitor center. If I could give 10 stars I would!! It felt like I was staying with family, I would go back again! Being 2 women traveling alone in Jordan it was the best experiance.

We enjoyed very much our stay. We arrived very late at night and the staff was very friendly and informed us and recommended very good tips for our stay there. We were also offered a welcome drink that was a very nice touch that even higher stars hotel do not have. During the rest of the days our experience with the hotel was increasingly good specially with the very friendly and usefull staff making sure our stay was perfect. We really recomend it and will choose it again in our next visit to Petra.

Wow!! What an amazing stay.☺️The staff are absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Ten minute walk to Petra and many great restaurants around to walk to. Would highly highly recommend this hotel!! Best hotel service I’ve ever had!

Petra Heart Hotel is super close to restaurants and cafes and a short drive to the Petra visitor centre. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms new and very clean. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for simple and convenient accommodation whilst in Petra.
