전망이 없는 시내 모텔 입니다. 조식과 서비스는 괜찮았으나 주차장과 객실은 여관같았습니다. 숙소도 매우좁고.. 힘든여행

Das Hotel kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer (vor allem die Betten sind sehr gemütlich) und der angrenzende Park lädt zum Verweilen ein. Nicht unerwähnt sollte die tolle Dachterrasse mit dem hervorragenden Ausblick über Madrid sein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Excelente hotel con una ubicación inmejorable, habitaciones de lujo y espaciosas muy nuevas con excelente vista, muchas amenidades. Excelente trato por parte de todo el personal. La terraza en el piso 8 tiene una vista espectacular a todo Madrid y el Retiro.

Escogimos el hotel por su ubicación y relación precio/calidad, y no decepcionó. Es un hotel relativamente grande, con todas la comodidades que eso implica. El servicio un poco frío, dependiendo de la situación. No probamos el desayuno, pero sí fuimos a la terraza El Cielo a ver el atardecer y cenar.

El cuarto 710, terriblemente ruidoso, está enfrente de la puerta de servicio y abastecimiento del personal del hotel y hacen muchísimo ruido desde muy temprano por lo que es imposible dormir, se pidió late check out diciendo que no habíamos podido dormir y solo nos lo dieron hasta las 3 pm, explicamos que nuestro vuelo salir en la noche y necesitábamos descansar. La terraza muy linda vale la pena y el servicio muy bueno.

Definitely a great choice for a stay in Madrid. Mid July is hot so having the pool and rooftop was a great way to relax and cool off. The staff and service on the rooftop were great, really enjoyed the views and late night drinks. Very reasonable! We just had a basic room but was still a good size, very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. It is a quieter area of madrid, but still a lot of options right on the doorstep, a lovely bakery for breakfast just on the corner of the road. Right be a metro stop on the central metro line that took 10 minutes to the Sol centre square and Gran Via. Access to the park is seconds from the hotel doors and a must visit. Only things I would suggest improvements is luggage storage in our room was minimal, we didn’t have slippers or robes which would’ve been nice for the pool and the duvet was quite thick considering the temperature and time of year. It was our first time staying at a H10 and we would stay in others specifically if they are available based on this stay!

En general el personal excelente, pero a la salida pedimos un poco mas de tiempo en el cuarto o alguna opción en silencio para poder dar la conferencia y todo fueron problemas, hasta que accedieron.

We stay at this hotel every ear and sometimes more than once a year. Needless to say we absolutely love it. It is close to the park and to great restaurants in Barrio Salamanca. Short 2 minute walk to the best shopping on Calle Serrano. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop bar where you can enjoy a sunset. Beds are very comfortable which is a must for us.
