梅州飯店

The Wonderful view of the lake gives the mediocre stay memorable. We had a beautiful spacious executive room that had all the necessary accommodations. The food and beverages were expensive and below par compared with the delicious meals we had on our trip. The services especially the personal laundry was way too expensive. Luckely we had a bath tub to wash it ourselfs. We went to the resort to relax from our adventures the days before and that's what we did, and what we think is the only thing you can do here. However relaxing is sometimes difficult when you can hear your neighbours whisper through the paper thin walls. To end positive, we had a good stay thanks to the great view and the good weather.

We booked 1 room for relaxing weekend in May. Hanoi is very hot but Mai Chau is very cool and fresh. So we stayed 3 nights at Mai Chau Villas instead of 2 nights as expected. We really enjoyed exploring the space aroud this villas. The best experience is to enjoy local clean agricultural products. Hotel staff make me satisfied with excellent service. The natural scenery is nothing to discuss, so beautiful anh peacefull ! Will come back to Mai Chau Villas many times with my family anh friends !!

We had the best experience in Mai Chau Lodge! Where do I start? It was my boyfriend birthday so I booked this resort as surprise but I didn’t expect was so big and so high quality. The check in was amazing with warm towels and cinnamon tea. Good explanation of the facilities. Library, piano, free kayak on the lake, sauna, pool ! The dorm we booked was huge and right in front of the lake. The room was so complete, nothing missed (water, fruits etc) and so comfortable. Cleaning was top and all staff was kind to you and good English as well. The bathroom right next to the dorm, but good one! The best hot shower in a rural area. Garden, lake, lots of space for open air activities. The restaurant has vast variety of food and price, for all tastes. Breakfast really big. Moreover, the kindness of the manager and all the staff was the real treat we got. I asked for 2 carbonaras and a tiramisu. The staff SO PROFESSIONAL, cooked for me the carabonaras (and was great!). The staff helped me to find tiramisu, after a while they said no, but was ok, I understand, we are in Vietnam! At 17 they came to my dorm and told me we find a tiramisu for you (part of the surprise for my boyfriend). They always checked if we were ok and couldn’t ask more. Staff always smiling and available! Last thing, check out was on Sunday, so fully booked buses for Hanoi. They were able to find for me a local bus (a limousine) pick up at the hotel; in less than 5 minutes and cheaper! The location is perfect, they have a cave right i front of the hotel and security will help you with everything (never felt to safe here). They helped me with scooter. What can I say? Thanks for the special treatment you made our 30 years old birthday special. Recommended to everybody going to Mai Chau. 100%!!

Very nice and spacious cottages. Nice view on rice fields. Large swimming pool. All very clean. Helpful staff at reception and in restaurant. Very good breakfast and dinner - best to have dinner at the lodge since Mai Chau is a bit far to walk.

Avana retreat est tout simplement exceptionnel. Le lieu est magique avec une nature luxuriante, les chambres magnifiques avec un mobilier de super goût, les moindre détails pensés à la perfection (les jus frais et fruits frais les matins, peignoirs en satin, literie, douche incroyable) L’espace spa exceptionnel on se balade de petit pont en petit pont dans des cascades Le yoga sur une plateforme avec vue sur la vallée Le bar avec piscine à débordement avec la vue sur les rizières et la vallée (encore plus beau que les photos) Le restaurant avec des lumières magnifiques le soir, autour d’un petit bassin / cascade (nourriture exceptionnel et prix tres raisonnable!!) Enfin le petit déjeuner - buffet où vous trouverez un echantillon de tous les plats à la carte, des pho sur commande, mais aussi croissants/ fromage pour ceux qui le souhaitent! On trouvait cela très cher avant d’y venir, après visite je vous assure que c’est un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Enfin le service est absolument parfait, adorable, souriant, toujours disponible et agréable !!
