皇后城旅館(Queen City Inn)

It was greatly comfortable

We stayed a night here before heading off to Acadia. The room and bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy too. The lady at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. We were a bit worried at first after seeing the reviews but turns out it was a great stay. Love that they provided a simple breakfast too with bagels/pancakes/pastries.

Overall clean and room seemed quite large, which was nice. The tub definitely needs to be replaced, it was in a very poor state. Lots of hot water and the fridge was very handy. I'd stay there again. I don't require fancy as long as it's clean.

My daughter and I paid $300 for one night so that we could attend the Chris Stapleton concert. We arrived amidst an altercation between the police and one of the guests. Seven police cruisers - we should have turned around and left at that point. The area around our room was noisy for most of the night. The only plus was a shuttle ride to the concert venue.

This hotel is a short term living hotel. The swat team swarmed the place because someone that lives here threatened someones life. We felt super unsafe. There were people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot and fighting all night. There was some construction happening on the room next to ours and they started before 6am. With jack hammering the concrete outside our window. Loud music starting at 6 am with the construction. And cops were also here when we checked out. 2 times in less than 24 hours that I know of. We advised management and it was as if I was not even talking to them. Expecting a refund. Complaints made with no response as of yet.

Hotel was over priced. Pull out couch mattress was extremely worn , no bed sheets or pillows. Toilet seat was wood and the coating was coming off it, the toilet did not flush properly. Was not expecting much but got less.

First of all the first room they had us in smelled like cigarette smoke. They changed our room, it was a little nicer but I had to buy a candle to help freshen it up. The room is old, the bath/shower stall was still dirty:( People were right outside our door smoking, playing loud music from their cars. We left a day early because I couldn't stay one more day. Please don't stay at this hotel.

Staff is very nice & dog friendly…all the outdoor garbage cans were full and overflowing. I was traveling with my 2 dogs and my room was on the opposite side of where the dog walking area is located which was a mess. The floor in the room was dirty, the hair dryer didn’t worked, and no microwave.

While the room itself is dated, it was very clean. Excellent breakfest with lots of choice including pancakes.
