The shower was large and nice. Tge room itself was small, but good quality. Sheets were amazing, comfortable bed.

This is our second visit to Quest Maitland and we will return. The apartment has excellent facilities and is very well equipped. Very comfortable beds and Sofa Bed. . Excellent bathroom facilities. Ideal for Families and Friends alike. The Quest is in a good location within the town of Maitland.

Good stay up until the departure. The hotel night manager was able to assist me in obtaining my stored luggage without contacting Security which i was never informed about. Requires improvement to ensure this does not happen again before staying again or recommeding to other friends or family.

Excellent facilities whether a couple of nights or overnight stay. Comfortable and affordable. Great communication, Staff very friendly and helpful. Great central location close to supermarkets and restaurants. Will be returning in the future.

I was disappointed with having to pay an extra $20 because we checked in at 12pm instead of 2pm. That was a straight-out price gouge. The sofa bed was unbearable to sleep on, so uncomfortable. In hindsight we should have put the mattress on the floor instead.
