索萊西奧宮殿 - 全球奢華精品飯店(Palacio Solecio, a Small Luxury Hotel of the World)

非常好的位置，很棒的傳統內飾，友好和專業的服務，推薦給所有類型的旅行者。

La struttura è talmente bella che continuamente ci sono persone (non clienti) che fanno la foto nella hall davanti alle scale. Upgrade correttamente ricevuto: mi chiedo come fosse la stanza standard prenotata, dato che la metratura di quella in upgrade non era enorme e affacciava su un pozzo di luce. Detto questo, come dicevo, l'albergo è molto bello: la nostra camera si trovava nel palazzo adiacente, aperto da un mese. Tutto profuma di nuovo: il materasso è comodissimo, così come è davvero gradevole il bagno in 3 ambienti: vasca e doppio lavandino, wc, doccia. La stanza non ci viene data prima delle ore 15, ma il personale è sempre disponibile. Ci sono state spesso alcune difficoltà di comunicazione in lingua inglese con il personale di reception e della colazione. Ad esempio ci è stato proposto da una receptionist il transfer verso l'aeroporto con una compagnia privata al costo di 30€. Confermiamo ad un altra receptionist e al momento del transfer troviamo un semplicissimo taxi, con autista che accende il tassametro, nulla di grave ma della serie...problemi di comunicazione. Colazione buona e in ambiente davvero gradevole: il personale è sempre di corsa e riesce con fatica (anche comunicativa) a gestire gli ordini a la carte e di bevande calde.

The customer service was above and beyond my expectations. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and professional. Never have I experienced such pampering from a hotel. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. I would without reservations recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Malaga. I will be back!

As a frequently traveller, I have stayed in all levels of hotels and this hotel by far has been the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed. The staff is courteous and goes out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable. The rooms are extremely clean, beautifully and luxuriously decorated with a calming effect. The location is spot on as you’re steps from the buzz of the city and many tourist sites. The hotel is definitely value for money and I highly suggest reserving if it’s available for your travel dates. You will not regret it.

Excellent. Staff was wonderful. BRitish Airways/ Finn Air, lost my luggage. Took two days to get it to me. Muesli at front desk and others were crucial in getting my luggage to me before I checked out. Without the Palacio staff, I still would be without my bag. Airline delivery company delivered me someone else’s walker, cannot imagine what that person did for two days not being able to get around.

Lækkert hotel, midt i den gamle bydel. Super imødekomne personale og lækkert indrettet hotel. Vi nåede ikke at benytte restauranten, men morgen maden - ala-carte og buffet - var super lækkert
