陽明山溫泉攬月會館(Moonlight Hotel)

10 月 12 日至 19 日，我剛剛在斯塔利斯月光酒店度過了愉快的時光。這家旅館很小，很友好，確實不負眾望，有 20 個房間，很小，有家庭經營的感覺，酒吧裡的人讓你感覺很受歡迎，我想還有兩個姐妹？廚師和清潔人員都很棒，雖然英語說得比男孩們少，但這確實不是問題，經理/老闆也非常友好。我覺得這個位置恰到好處，因為它位於主樓安靜的一側，我們在晚上根本沒有噪音。房間非常乾淨，維護得很好，歐陸式早餐實際上有熱食，非常好。這只是一家二星級酒店，我覺得它實際上應該是三星級酒店，但我猜那是因為沒有游泳池，但說你可以使用馬路對面的游泳池我想解決其他評論中的一些問題，比如你必須付費使用游泳池，這是不正確的，您可以免費使用游泳池，但如果您想要日光浴床，則需要2.50 歐元，所有客人甚至住在那裡的人都要付費，而且所有日光浴床均按斯塔利斯收費，所以我覺得對酒店進行審查和關閉酒店是不公平的我想解決有人說的額外費用，因為我再次感到不公平，因為tui 清單上清楚地寫著保險箱、冰箱和空調需要支付少量費用，因此在降價之前請先閱讀您的廣告。進入酒店需要幾步之遙，但如果您要求低樓層，則可以通過庭院門進入，所以這不是問題，因為沒有電梯評論，它有2 層樓，而且在tui 上也清楚地列出了，而且經理老闆每次早餐都在那裡每天晚上都沒有失敗......我/我們真的非常享受在這裡的住宿，我已經在6 月重新預訂了一周，再次感謝您度過了一個愉快的假期，我/我們將在2024 年6 月見到您

Lovely, lovely stay at the Moonlight for the last two weeks. Well furnished and clean room which was attended every day and clean sheets and towels every three days. Great location, being more central than I first realised but this was a bonus as everything we needed was at hand. The staff and owners of the hotel are all great. Polite, chatty, friendly and eager to help if they can. Breakfast was excellent and the bar is brilliantly run and doesn't disturb even if open very late. Great cocktails at a good price. We were in room four and yes you can hear some noise in the mornings as things get set up for breakfast but unavoidable really in a small hotel. We used the sunbeds, beach, pool etc at the Ariadne hotel opposite. Sunbeds and umbrellas €2.50 per item for the day and you can use their facilities. It's also a great stretch of beach in that area. We did about 7 trips around the East of the island and most were booked with Eleni in the travel centre next to the Moonlight. She's lovely and very helpful and did us some good deals. There is an extra charge for AC, small fridge and safe if required. This was about €170 for the two weeks. Not a shock as we're used to this on holiday, and all required so add to your budget if you need these. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs if you're a light sleeper but we would thoroughly recommend this hotel and area and hope to return at some point.

Wonderful stay at the moonlight. Big shout out to Boyan & Simon at the bar who were great, visited most evenings for a pre meal drink before heading into the small ***** of bars and restaurants (I say small bit it was actually surprising as there's more than I expected. Hotel as I'm sure you know doesn't have its own pool but the hotel opposite has a great pool and direct beach access, beds are charged but it's a great way to spend the day with full use of the pool and beach. (Look out for the donut man selling his donuts... Delicious.) The breakfast as the moonlight surprised me as I feel it was much more than they needed to offer in this price range and star rating. The two ladies who do breakfast are wonderful and friendly with a warm welcome every morning. We had room 13 which was great very clean and newly renovated with a great wrap around balcony. It was a little noisy due to its location to the breakfast room but that can't be helped. It could also have benefited from black out blinds and curtains as come sunrise the room was flooded with light so be mindful of this if your a light sleeper like myself. However don't let this put you off the hotel great and we would definitely 100% return. Huge thank you to George who ordered us a taxi to the near by village of koutouloufari so we could visit family staying nearby. Unfortunately the taxi didn't come and George actually took us in his own car which was totally above and beyond. We can't believe how amazing the staff have been here and it's definitely on our return list. If your considering booking the hotel don't hang about get it booked you will not be disappointed. Great location Amazing staff Clean rooms Crisp white sheets Great Aircon Oh and not forgetting the little visits from the little dog that used to come visit most days for strokes and chills in the shade by the bar. Overall we had an amazing stay and didn't want to come home. Thanks to everyone at moonlight

Lovely quite hotel not 2 mins from.the beach and local shops and restaurants .The hotel and bar staff are very friendly and willing to help you locate the best restaurants and other things to do in the area ,rooms are clean the breakfast were good ,it was lovely to stay here and meet new people and not forgetting Rocky the dog 😊

This was our second trip to moonlight and we cannot recommend it enough. Both times we have travelled to Stalis our flights have been delayed. Despite arriving late into the night you are greeted with happy faces and dealt with efficiently. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have air con available for a small cost. The lady who does breakfast and the lady who cleans the rooms are always smiling and make you feel very welcome. Without a doubt the best bit about moonlight is the bar. Bojan and Simon have created a personable, friendly, welcoming atmosphere which leaves you wanting to book for next year. Not forgetting my best buddy Rocky the dog, who is the worlds most pleasant dog! We can’t thank you all enough for a lovely trip! We’ll see you soon!! Lauren & Dean

TUI advertises this hotel as ‘small and friendly’. It is certainly small, which has the benefit of being fairly quiet. It is not, however, in a ‘quiet, rural location’, as described by TUI: it is one of a long tourist ***** of hotels, tavernas, car-hire shops and other shops. TUI indicates that it offers air-conditioning, safety deposit boxes and fridges. It does, but at the extra cost per week of 50 €, 15€ and 20€ respectively. Arriving to discover these prices for what we usually take for granted as included is disappointing; to avoid this, it would be better to manage expectations. We were influenced by previous reviews in choosing this hotel, many of which commented on the family-run atmosphere and friendliness of staff. We met George, the manager, on our arrival, but after this only saw him once: reception was mostly unmanned. The two ladies who prepare breakfast and clean rooms were friendly, but had limited English. Rooms and communal areas were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Rooms and balconies in the main building vary in size. We had one of the smallest, but it was acceptable. There is a set of steps up to the hotel and no lift in the hotel, so it does not seem suitable for those with mobility issues. The amount we paid was based on a last minute deal and seemed reasonable value for money; we would not have wanted to pay any more.

Great Hotel, spotlessly clean, plenty of choice for breakfast. Local amenities and resturant's all within easy walking distance. Now for the Bar at the front run by two brothers Simon and Boyan, many happy hours were spent most evenings.

We have just arrived home from this beautiful hotel early hours of this morning. The room was immaculate, everything you need from a holiday, lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. Two ladies who were very friendly, whether doing breakfast service or domestic duties, exceptional service. George who was very helpful, Bojan and Simon at the bar area in the evenings, friendly and warm to everyone who came across the cocktail bar not just hotel guests. We were lucky enough to make friends whilst there, many of whom have been on numerous stays to this lovely family run hotel and keep returning as I hope to also. Cannot forget Rocky the dog either 😁. Cannot recommend enough, near to the beach, pool and other amenities, plenty of restaurants and lots to do if you wanted.

Another fantastic holiday at Moonlight Hotel Stalis, this is the 9th year I’ve returned to this hotel and it gets better every time. The family who run the hotel really care about the experience and service they give to their guests, this year the breakfast has been enhanced with new additions and the rooms are still well maintained, spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and welcoming and the service and care taken by the cleaner Ariane is first class. The hotel is completed by an excellent evening bar with speciality being cocktails all made fresh by hand and with generous measures of quality spirits. I can’t recommend the hotel and the bar enough, you will not find better value for money on the island of Crete. Already booked again for July next year and cannot wait!
