Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. The evening staff was wonderful. However, the older lady who checked us out seemed stressed and was very rude to me. At check out, I handed her the key, then stepped aside so my husband could pay because he carry’s the credit card. But as I stepped aside, the lady thought I was leaving without paying…we did not appreciate this. Also, we bought dinner across the street and brought it to the hotel atrium to enjoy. When we finished, we cleared the table, threw away our trash, then proceeded back to our room. A minute later there was a knock on our door; the lady came to our door accusing us of taking our dinner to our room…again, not appreciated.

The hotel and service was fine but the shower was leaking. The hotel staff accidentally left the window open and the room was full of mosquitoes. We spent at least half and hour get rid of them instead of spending that time relaxing.

Tres bon hotel qui merite les 4 étoiles, tres beau parc, chambres spacieuses aménagées avec goût, tout le confort, une terrasse en face de la chambre donnant sur un jardin au calme. Super petit dejeuner avec du choix et des produits frais. Personnel accueillant.
