曼徹斯特西普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West Hotel)

Worst hotel I have visited in a long time. 3 nights of almost no sleep. Damp, noisey and not enough staff. Long delay checking in, vending machine broken, building work noise very early morning. 3 different rooms over our 3 night stay. Damp and bad odours. Location and access not the best and did not feel safe in thIs area.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Stayed here as we were attending a show at the ao arena for my daughters 13th birthday. Staff decorated the room and left a card for my daughter to make it extra special. Breakfast was delicious and city centre/arena were within 20 minutes walk. Comfortable bed, clean room. Ticked all the boxes.

We had a problem with our room as it smelt awful . Went back to reception and it was sorted out straight away and we were given another room and that was fine. We found the location to be good as we went to the arena and did some shopping . We had breakfast which was good . The tables in the restaurant however were really sticky. Not sure if it’s the chemicals they use . We did try to clean our table as we found a spray and a cloth but it didn’t remove what was in there . It wasn’t just our table either, they all seemed to be like that .

Fantastic! We went there to watch I should be so lucky at the opera house just a few yards away and we found out when we got there that we were on separate floors but the staff managed to get us on the same floor not only that we were directly opposite each other which is what my sister wanted

Have stayed here many times in the past, so I thought I'd give it another try. This time, I stayed in a Premier Plus room, and it was really worth the extra I paid. I had a very large corner room with a fabulous view. The fridge, a must for me these days, was very useful and kept drinks and salad very cold. The iron and ironing board also useful, especially when staying for work purposes. The best thing about this particular room (610) was the view, a full-length view of the River Irwell. Yes, a mixture of industrial Salford and modern buildings might not be to everyone's taste, but I loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The public areas aren't as vibrant as in more upmarket hotels but then you pay more. The restaurant could do with a redec, some of the tables were very worn. Still all in all good value for money

We had a wonderful time in Manchester and the hotel was lovely, great bed for a good night's sleep (and a little rest early afternoon) after discovering the city's cool things all day. The location was very good, not too busy area and close to museums and to a free bus stop. The room was bigger than expected, with a great bed, large table and a sofa. Comforatably big and good bathroom and an airco you can adjust yourselve. Last but no means least: the staff was very friendly and helpful.

1 night stay & we discovered bed bugs. Hotel reception helped, however guest relations provided no help,no advice & no compensation for the measures we had to take to try prevent an outbreak at home.

I stayed here for 3 nights with the family during half term and had a great stay. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to city centre shops, museums and transport. The breakfasts are fantastic and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Great location, within walking distance to the city centre. With Premier Inn hotels you know what you are getting, comfortable air conditioned rooms at a great price. No noise from outside at all. Staff very helpful. Breakfast and evening meal were lovely .
