The first time I would start with the administrator of the pension, Mr. Vasile who had an arrogant attitude throughout our stay and you are treated with superiority. The cleaning was done only once in 6 days, the towels were changed only twice and the shower cabin was never cleaned. The food is small for their prices, you can't pay with the card (I found out at the table) and we were forced to pay cash on the spot, the waitress waiting at the table until we decided to withdraw cash (we were not told!). The account statement for 3 people for 5 nights was 825 lei for 2 meals / day. They only arrived for 1 meal a day, so clearly don't opt ​​for half board or full board because you won't have enough money. We had to keep the air conditioning at 18 degrees, because at 16 degrees floods those below us. And then you ask yourself, where are the 4 stars? When there are people outside who have vulgar conversations, they also swear near children and nobody attract their attention at all. The good parts of our experience are the food which is ok, the frappe very good, the waiters were sensible towards the administrator, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful, the sea view is ok. In conclusion, it is a pension of maximum 3 stars, not 4 stars! We will not return due to the behavior of Mr. Vasile who would not spoil a little openness and common sense towards customers!
