曼哈頓福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan)

這是我要去的地方，當我必須回到曼哈頓的家時。我去的一切都快速友好的服務。

The trash cans in the room were UNLINED...my very first scare .....then the chair at the desk in the room looked like something that was repurposed from the dump. The WiFi was spotty ...at best....the swimming pool was unavailable for use. Why would I pay full price for a facility where I can not use all the amenities?

This property was totally overpriced. $398 a night, ridiculous. Must have hiked rates because it was graduation at the university! It certainly did not make the motel any better. They also charged outrageous prices for the breakfast buffet which was not much better than any other breakfast buffet. Very dissatisfied.

The front desk staff and cleaning service staff were amazing! I left a few items in the closet and got a call from the staff when I got home letting me know the cleaning staff found my items and turned them in. Sent a postage label and got a neatly packaged box returned to me in a day! My stay was short but will definitely stay again next time I’m in town!

The pictures are very deceiving, my family and I felt. The lobby and the balcony rooms are very well maintained and friendly looking; however, we stayed in one of the wings in the back that was dingy, dirty and had a bad smell. We tried to move to a room that looked more like the website advertised, but we were told there were no open rooms. I believe there were rooms on the balcony side though and that they were saving them for others. Our room was bad and our wing was bad and we were told nothing could be done. Do not stay here!

The room was moldy. Bathroom dirty, no housekeeping for 4 days even when requested twice. Furniture falling apart door security lock bent and broken. Awful smell from the carpet. Mini fridge leaked water. Management unresponsive when asked to change rooms. The only positives were the restaurant staff were who were very friendly and helpful. The pool seemed clean

Pool and hot tub were not working. Our room had no outside view and smelled musty. Brunch staff(Ross and Kathy) were attentive and nice and rest of staff was friendly as well.

I always stay at Four Points when I visit MHK. I like the facility. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. It’s like a retreat

Check in was amazing and simple. The room was okay - not really cleaned very well. The walls where paper thin, so we heard the conversations from both of our neighbors, including a person crying well into the night. The furniture was well worn. The office chair was litterly falling apart - the fake "leather" was mostly flaked off. The couch was totally gross. We refused to evennput out luggage on it, let alone have a seat. The kicker was the fire alarm went off at 4:15 AM. Awesomeness. Since it was hard to sleep listening to all my neighbors and the fire alarm going off we packed up and left.
