雙泰梅茲精品飯店(Two Timez - Boutique Hotel - with AC)

The hotel is very small , I should have realised by the name boutique, the beds were comfortable but bedding really needs upgrading . The showers were great , and rooms were cleaned every day with clean towels supplied. The hotel is in the town itself but if you want early quiet nights this hotel is not for you , there is a Gin bar very close on the next corner and can be very noisy. The breakfasts were nice and there was plenty to choose from , but if you like a cuppa I recommend you take your own tea bags . Zell am see itself is beautiful and couldn’t fault it lots of walks , and a lovely lake .

Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo e ci hanno dato una camera superiore allo stesso prezzo … dicono ma ci credo. Attimo il bagno pulita, e la colazione abbondante e buona. Consigliato anche perché in zona centrale. Hanno il posto pure per le bici nel deposito degli scarponi da sci

Stayed here for a week in Feb ‘ 23 . Booked with Crystal on half board . Accommodation was excellent, we had two suites. Breakfast and evening meals were served at the sister hotel next door , and we found all food to be of good standard, and plenty of choice . All staff were very friendly. Great location, 5 minutes walk to main ski lift and bus terminus .

This is a fantastic hotel, with a modern apar**ent feel to it. Everything feels solid and relatively new. It's warm, very comfortable and you couldn't be located any more centrally within Zell itself. We ate out every night and didn't have to venture more than 100 yards to each of the excellent restaurants we visited. The bus to the TransXpress lift is 2 - 3 minutes by foot away, with the CityXpress being less than 5. The breakfast is excellent, with loads of variety and options for omelettes and fried eggs, plus lots of fruit, cold meats, and cereal. The bar is very comfortable, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay. Clearly, we were very unlucky with some of the other guests staying in the hotel as on 3 separate occasions at 1am, 2am and 4am we were woken by inconsiderate, selfish a-holes shouting from the lobby (actually shouting wake up!!), playing music on a phone while going to their room and generally making far more noise than they should have. This is the only stain on our visit and it's nothing to do with the hotel. We'll more than likely be back again next year.

Wir erhielten ein Update auf eine Suite, welche uns begeisterte. Gross, suaber und toll eingerichtet. Details wie Kofferabstellplatz im Kopfteil des Schlafzimmers. Einfach genial. Der Apero in der Roof-Top-Bar war zusammen mit der Aussicht der Hammer. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und der Service zuvorkommend. Die Garage beim Rathaus ist leicht zu erreichen. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

We arrived at 10.30am and our room was ready which was amazing after a 6am Heathrow flight . The staff are soo friendly and helpful and go the extra mile . They made us feel special the whole time we were there (12 glorious days ) The location is perfect a 2 minute walk to the Gondola to get on the slopes and a 30 second walk to the quaint beautiful streets of Zell Am See , the lake , restaurants and bars .

Meine Frau und ich waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und waren bei der Ankunft überrascht, dass die Rezeption für das Two Timez Hotel, im Hotel Heitzmann ist. Muss man halt wissen, sonst sucht man. Das Personal an der Rezeption, sowie alle anderen Angestellten sind mega freundlich. Sie bringen einen persönlich zum Zimmer. Weniger schön war, dass die Garage für den PKW mit 15€ zu Buche schlagen (pro Tag). Stellplätze in der Umgebung sind fast keine vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist super. Ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, ein Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher, ein separates WC und ein tolles Bad. Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Safe ist kostenlos. Das Hotel selbst liegt super zentral. Man ist nur wenige Meter von den Einkaufsläden entfernt. Zum See sind es ca. 5 Minuten. Nun leider auch etwas weniger Schönes. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und haben dies auch soweit genossen. Nur an einem Dienstag gab es keine Menükarte. Nach Rückfrage warum, teilte man uns mit, dass es Dienstags kein Abendessen gibt. Das steht nirgends. Wenn man Halbpension bucht, dann will man Halbpension haben und nicht Halbpension ohne Dienstag. Im Übrigen ist beim Abendessen kein Getränk dabei (nur das Essen). Am nächsten Morgen (Abreisetag) kam die nächste Überraschung. Man kannte uns nicht mehr. Wir wollten vor der Abreise noch das Frühstück zu uns nehmen, unser Zimmer war jedoch nicht mehr auf der Liste (unser Name auch nicht mehr). Wir konnten die Angestellte jedoch davon überzeugen, dass uns noch ein Frühstück zusteht (von daher alles gut). Die Dachterrasse ist im Winter übrigens geschlossen. Erwähnt sei noch der Barkeeper. Er ist mega. Wir hatten tolle Gespräche und viel Spaß.

Great location, wonderful staff so attentive and helpful. New apar**ents were first class, cleaned daily…. Really can’t fault this family run business, that’s what good looks like and would highly recommend this hotel for couples or groups , well done 👏 👍✅

The hotel rooms are fabulous, spacious and modern, staff are nothing but helpful and friendly. The breakfast had good choice. Evening meals were lovely and plenty of choice. Only one reason I wouldn’t stay again was the lack of sleep from constant noise out side. Every night from 1am it was either delivery trucks! Snow ploughs or bin collection all out of the hotel’s control.
