Un grande hotel: in pieno centro a pochi passi dalle Terme e dallo splendido parco. Ottima accoglienza, camere ampie, accuratamente pulite e quotidianamente riordinate. Prima colazione salata e dolce con prodotti per tutti i gusti ed esigenze. Eccellente la caffetteria. Cena a buffet con discreto assortimento di piatti di pesce, di carne e verdure .Qualche lentezza nel servizio. Positivo il rapporto qualità - prezzo dell'intero soggiorno

Проживали в отеле Звон с 31/05/23. 22/06/23 мы уезжаем.Уже сейчас мы можем сказать ,что наш отдых и лечение удались! Гостиница удобно расположена ,рядом с Колоннадой. Нас очень тепло приняла администратор Наташа,которой мы написали прежде,чем приехать,что мы веганы и кроме того ,есть некоторые ограничения в еде.На всем протяжении нашего пребывания она оказывала нам необходимую помощь.Наташа очень отзывчивый и теплый человек ! Она организовала нам встречу с менеджером Штефаном и на всем протяжении пребывания мы получали необходимую нам пищу.Большое им спасибо за понимание и внимание к нам. Большое спасибо всем поварам,которые были задействованы.К сожалению не знаем их имена. Хотим поблагодарить всех официанток,особенно,Любу,Аню,Марину,Сашу,и других,имена которых не знаем ,которые осуществляли связь между нами и кухней. Большое спасибо всем работникам СПА. Gegen aussen sehr ruhig, obwohl im Zentrum gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen (Halbpension und Frühstück) waren super. Grosse Auswahl und perfekte Qualität. Das Zimmer war sehr grossräumig. Das Badezimmer modern, alles war sauber. Nicht gefallen · Leider ist das Bus-System vom Bahnhof zum Hotel nicht so einfach zu verstehen und zudem unzuverlässig. Wir hatten sowohl bei der Hin -, wie Retourfahrt zum Hotel Probleme und wollten deshalb das Hotel telefonisch um Hilfe fragen. Sie hatten aber ein technisches Problem mit dem Telefon und das war ärgerlich für uns. Bei der Abfahrt erwischten wir um Haaresbreite den Zug grad noch knapp. Das Hotel organisierte uns glücklicherweise ein Taxi, als die empfohlene Busverbindung aus unergründlichen Gründen ausfiel. Der Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad sind viel zu klein für die Hotelgröße. Es war übervoll da. Es hatte zuwenig Steckdosen, um die Handys aufzuladen. Die Teppiche und Möbel wirken abgewohnt. Gegen den Flur und zum Nebenzimmer hin, ist es ringhörig.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is excellent. There is a lot of choice of foods and drinks.

We spent two nights at the Zvon hotel in the quaint Czech spa town of Marianske Lazne. The hotel itself was located at the top of the town near to the famous musical fountain and to the colonnade, but is some way uphill from the train station. Fortunately the number 7 trolley bus takes you all the way. (They charged extra for luggage on the bus by the way.) The hotel had a feeling of recent renovation following a period of decline (like Marianske Lazne itself, I guess). Our room was large with a balcony but had sp**** furnishings and was decorated in a dull brown colour. The breakfast was good with a wide choice, buffet style as is the norm nowadays. Our deal (booked directly with the hotel) was half board. We had a choice of a buffet supper at the hotel or a multi-course "a la carte" menu taken at the Palace Hotel next door (internally connected to our hotel). We chose the latter and it was definitely a good choice. The food and service were excellent. My partner used the spa facilities in the basement of the hotel, which included a small swimming pool and a swathe of modern treatment rooms, professionally run. One point for anglophone tourists. English is not so widely spoken in this part of Bohemia, so be prepared to try out those few words of German (or Czech?) you learned at school 😁

Very nice and comfortable hotel where we have been many times. We were never disaponted. We appreciate very tasty and rich breakfast consisting of many kind of fruits and vegetable, fresh smoothies and excellent coffee. On the dinner you can choose from four kind of meat toghether with vegetable salads filled with nice sweets.

We had a great experience at the hotel. It is located in great place just few steps from the main Park and Kolonade. Hotel room was very spacious with stylish furniture and really nice and clean. We were travelling with kids and they loved it there. The staff was very friendly, helpful and patient with us and our kids. I would deifinitely recommend this hotel. Thank you!!!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in late September, ‘22. It was convenient and comfortable. The Palace is one of the Orea group of hotels, of which there about five in Marianske. It is in a very good location, at the upper end of Promenade Park, about in line with the Singing Fountain and the landmark spa pavilion. The Central Parking structure is just around the corner, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I think the Palace and the Zvon were at one time two separate hotels and now have a connecting lobby. Meals are served in the Zvon dining room, and that is also where we checked in. An extensive array of spa facilities is available in the basement level of the Palace. Our room (408) was attractive and comfortable. Our view was of the mountainside rather than the park, but was still quite pleasant. It was a good-sized room but there wasn’t much room for luggage other than one rack. The decor was cute turn-of-the-century style. There was a comfortable king bed, a dresser & desk, a cabinet with a small refrigerator, a round table with two arm chairs at the foot of the bed – nicely appointed but a little crowded. There were two night stands but no outlets, and a good-sized closet in the entry hallway with a safe. The attractive marble tiled bathroom had a tub/shower combination, and a heated towel rack, a nice feature. There was very little counter space, however. Our room rate came with half-board. The meals were served buffet-style in the large restaurant of the Zvon. Open seating meant it became somewhat crowded at times, with overflow seating in the adjacent Palace lounge area. The breakfast selection was quite good. Dinner was rather standard fare and didn’t seem to vary the two nights we ate there. There are several highly rated restaurants nearby. Overall, the Orea Palace Zvon is a comfortable and well located spa hotel and would be a good choice for Marianske Lazne.

We visited hotel with 2 little kids and it was amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had very specious family room with a cot for our infant. The hotel is situated in the town centre close to all attractions. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!
