E' il secondo anno che vengo per il convegno acar. Il posto è super, camere grandi e pulite. C'è persino una bella palestra attrezzata. Il cibo è delizioso. Il mare è a 2 passi. Un elogio speciale per il ragazzo alla receptions che si chiama Matteo è che è di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica.

工作人員從我們的房間偷了我們的東西（大約300歐元），但經理沒有這麼做，保護了**，也沒有退款。我們不推薦這家酒店。我們再也沒有回到這家糟糕的飯店...................................

Hotel molto bello e curato nei dettagli.. ristorante molto elegante e cibo buonissimo.. la cena al buffet proposta nel giardino al suono di musica è stata suggestiva … la piscina è molto grande ed è adatta a tutti… poi c’è una più piccolina anxhe per i bambini… Possibilità di usufruire sia della piscina che della sdraio e ombrelloni nella spiaggia dedicata . La spiaggia è di sabbia e l’acqua è bassa …. Bellissima esperienza e una piacevolissima sorpresa!!!

Hotel molto grande spazioso c’è molto ben strutturato sia per la piscina olimpionica, il giardino esterno, il garage, e gli enormi spazi interni. Camera pulita e sempre puntuali per la messa in ordine. Personale gentile e sempre attento. Cena da vero chef, molto buona e curata nei piatti e nelle scelte. La serata con cena in gordiano è stata spettacolare e molto buono il cibo. Lo consiglio Da ritornare

Absolutely DIGUSTING and a joke of a 'hotel' I advise you all to avoid Grand hotel continental in Terrania Tuscancy . There is nothing 'grand' about the hotel. I cannot understand for the life of me how this has the status of 4 stars. I along with my family witnessed first hand rudeness whereby staff talk down to you. They are unwilling to tend to your basic needs. We arrived at the hotel a few hours behind schedule due to issues out of our control. We were met by an unpleasant uncooperative receptionist who seemed irritated by my questions. I was hoping to have clarification in regards to pool opening/closing time and housekeeping times. He was non-chalant in his replies and seemed clearly bothered communicating with me and didn't know how to respond. We indeed had on-going issues with housekeeping as she failed to clean our rooms for 3 out of the 5 days. We spoke to her and suddenly she became uncommunicative and almost zombie- like & suddenly didn't understand us when I had clearly viewed her communicating freely with ease amongst other guests. We requested for fresh sheets and towels, we were made to feel guilty for wanting our rooms cleaned and she refused to do this. We complained at reception and she was fairly pleasant and informed us she would pass this onto management ( we obviously didn't hear anything) On a separate occasion (due to the lack of towels & cleanliness in our room) we requested for more towels and was met with the response ' again?!' Absolute rudeness, I was held back from complaining from my family member (how dare you talk to us with disrespect!) I got the impression the staff are unable to accommodate in a fair & decent manner to guests who are paying a lot of money. The staff created segregation with failure to tend to our wants and BASIC needs. The rooms are unclean, basic shower room, tiny beds for a dwarf. We requested (on our first night) for a blanket we were offered with a tiny sheet. The A/C hardly worked and other guests also openly complained in the lobby. The rooms smelt like someone had died in there, damp, disgusting odour. We were given no basic necessities such as tea/coffee or even an iron. They have a dingy iron room but you need to walk down a dark corridor as they have turned the lights off to save electricity. Then you may iron (if you make it safely that is!) We feel and know we have wasted our time & money on a supposedly 4 star resort. Also, avoid the POMPOUS restaurant if you can. We had booked for half board meaning breakfast & dinner included yet they miraculously didn't have our room number written. whilst they pretended to look busy 'trying' to accommodate us with a table. Extremely disorganised and unprofessional. Of course we walked out and instead went out to eat. I must warn you the resort look's better on paper as there are only a handful of restaurants. In one restaurant we ordered and at the end the waitress had the audacity to state ' I was thinking you ordered so much food!' We a

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Dirty rooms with dust. Beds were shocking! Uncomfortable and cheap mattress. Housekeeping awful. The lady refused to do our room 3 days out of the 5 we were there. She spoke in her language and made out she did not understand what we were saying. Management at reception were rude. I asked for extra towels and on the second occasion the manager replied 'Again?' Yes I needed towels because of lack of Housekeeping. How very rude if him. Shocking. Please avoid this place. Boring too! Coffee bar young man was very rude too. Made mistake of asking for a Latte instead of Cafe Latte. Went to him to get it changed and he started to bang and smash the cutlery!! They need serious training in hospitality!

Da qualche settimana dalla fine del mio soggiorno in struttura posso dire che il grand’ hotel continental non ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative. Per quanto riguarda la camera rispecchiava la descrizione di quello che abbiamo prenotato e la pulizia era puntuale ed efficace, peccato la mancanza di uno stendino nel balcone per poter mettere ad asciugare costumi e teli mare e di un Wi-Fi funzionante. Il personale della reception piuttosto indifferente e non troppo collaborativo, durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto un imprevisto con la nostro auto e dopo aver chiesto un aiuto alla struttura questa non è stata accolta e siamo stati praticamente quasi completamente ignorati. Altro grande dispiacere, per noi, è stato il mare, che non rappresentava per niente il classico mare della Toscana, verde e pieno di alghe, inoltre nella parte di spiaggia a noi riservata non si potevano avere lettini ma solamente sedie-sdraio. A discapito di questo ci siamo trovati molto bene con il personale della ristorazione che si è dimostrato da subito accogliente e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre necessità e anche cibo e bevande hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. In conclusione, non tornerei a soggiornare in questa struttura e per noi non vale a pieno i soldi spesi.
