萬豪萬楓飯店-波士頓馬爾伯勒/Apex中心(Fairfield Inn & Suites Boston Marlborough/Apex Center)

새로 만든 호텔인것 같습니다. 깨끗하고, 방도 넓고, 조식도 좋았습니다. 스탭들도 친절했습니다. 모든게 완벽한 호텔입니다.

We liked the area of the property and the fact that it was a convenient location. The property was clean but pretty basic. We had some very noisy neighbors who were running up and down the halls until 11pm at night but that is not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing and could have been better. The fresh fruit was good, but for the hot breakfast there were no scrambled eggs or potatoes, only two options with pork, which we don't eat so we had no hot food option.

It was clean, spacious, and well located with a lot nearby. The one thing was one elevator was broken but that happens . Staff was very friendly!

My stay was less than desirable. My air conditioner didn’t work and froze up. When I called the desk was told they couldn’t help me as there was only 1 employee on duty in the hotel. My toilet then wouldn’t flush and I again called for assistance and was told they couldn’t do anything as only 1 employee and that person couldn’t leave the desk. I had to insist on a new room and had to go downstairs to the desk to obtain another room and room keys then move all my belongings . I had requested room service with clean towels each day as it was offered and this didn’t happen either. I had to make trips down to the lobby with my dirty towels in order to get new clean ones. Every time I used the elevator the smell of pot was so strong that I wanted to vomit. I have stayed at this hotel in the past but this visit was the absolute worst. Very didi for a Marriot hotel.

Very nice employees, good breakfast, clean a**osphere, easy access to the amenities and all that. Loved it and Definitely want to get back here.

Sehr gutes sauberes Hotel, in einer guten Umgebung für Essen und Einkauf gelegen.

Liked that it was in a well lit urban area and close to the highway, very clean and very helpful staff. The address was a bit confusing for our GPS.

The entire staff was friendly, happy and went out of their way to answer questions or help. Great staff , excellent stay
