The staff was wonderful and the food was great! The room was super clean, and a super cute little gift shop!!

It was quiet and it's pretty on the water. However, the address that is listed isn't correct-it was a mouse chase trying to find it even using the GPS. The room HVAC didn't work correctly. I was there in February and we could never get the room to heat up.

Overall it was a nice stay. Our room could have been cleaner. Dust on the ceiling, hair in the tub and our carpet was ripped in a spot. Friendly staff and good food at the buffet. Views are great from the lobby and dining room.

We found the views and grounds to be exceptional and had it not been super cold, we definitely would have walked around. The beds were not comfortable at all, barely got any sleep as the springs could be felt. The room was spacious but definitely outdated. We went to the restaurant on the property after viewing the menu thinking that would be just what we need at a decent price. However, when we got in there, we were told it’s buffet only and no price was listed. I assumed the cost would’ve been in line with the menu but it was $20 a person. Not what I would’ve spent for a small, limited buffet. The food however was decent. The desserts didn’t taste fresh. The furniture was outdated and didn’t feel sturdy. Unfortunately, we will likely not return to this location.

First time staying here and will definitely be back. The staff was amazing and the restaurant on site was great as well. Also the views can't be beat.

We love staying in this area and this is our go to place to stay. Always clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly staff.

Check in was easy, staff very helpful Loved sitting out on the balcony and looking out over the water. Very easy to get to River Bend

There was an overwhelming unpleasant smell as I walked in. Everything is old and outdated. There is not enough room to move around the bathtub/toilet. There was other people’s hair still in the bathtub. The mattress is springing and uncomfortable, there are stains on the sheets and towels smelled. It’s filthy and uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.
