The room was very disappointing. ********** in shower and sheets looked like they had been slept on for days

The entire staff was so warm, friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcome. The room was perfect and the breakfast in the morning was excellent and clean!!!

We can always count on this Hawthorn to be consistently great! We love their rooms - always a perfect place to stay!

It was a very good experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made us feel right at home.

Great stay. Had king suite, large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Good breakfast of scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits. Outside sitting area with fireplace. Will stay here again and only 15 minutes to Oglebay. Try Moss Farm Winery, best wine I’ve ever had and they make excellent moonshine also.

Very friendly staff. Room and hotel were very clean and very comfortable. Love the extra touch of fresh baked cookies and coffee as well as other snack’s available in the afternoon and evening. Definitely will use this location again.

Loved every bit of it. Staff was very friendly the moment we stepped inside. We Could use the laundry equipment for free & the gym was best one I’ve seen in a hotel. The room was fantastic & very spacious. Definitely would Recommend & return to it when I travel again.

This hotel was great! The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, full of many different options. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a clean, friendly place to stay. Nice blanket in closet for cool nights. Fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. Variety breakfast included bacon, eggs, two types of potatoes, muffins, pancakes and anything else you could want! Only suggestion for you is to request extra shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as what you are given only covers a single person. Overall a quiet, comfy, nice place
