I thought it was closer to airport. I took a taxi. Yes possible to work but ... But waling distance to Nec. That yes. It is true. Food was good. I did not expect but really a ok restaurant. Service excellence Room really ok. Next time I probably.could walk from airport now that I know where it is Through a park you can reach nec

Convenient, large and secure parking, good for walking

A good location for the NEC, just a short walk across a carpark. Comfortable beds, and a 6 out of 10 breakfast buffet. But that's where it stops, as otherwise it's a very basic hotel. No room cleaning or linen change if your stay is under a certain number of nights. The view from my room window was of what looked like a junk-yard. Nothing could be charged to the room, nor a tab run up at the bar. To get a drink you have to queue, and when you've got it, your're lucky if you can find anywhere to stand, let alone sit! For the money there are better places.

They seem to have a dumping site outside and it was very noisy with works throughout the night. The staff were really rude and unfriendly. They don’t help you check in, we had a card issue and our room had not been prepared correctly. They literally said it wasn’t their problem despite calling ahead prior.

What a great hotel. There’s quite a few far more expensive hotels that could learn a lot from Premier Inn NEC. Lovely and clean, quiet and really excellent staff. Really good food in the restaurant too, we had the meal deal which worked out to be excellent value. Yep will definitely be staying here again Only negative you have to pay for the parking separately but it’s not a deal breaker. 10/10 Highly recommended.

Check in was fast and easy. When I got back to my hotel room, I dislocated my knee when I sat on the bed. There was no first aider working so I had to get a taxi to the nearest hospital. The only staff member asked me to check out at 3am as he did not know if I would get back in time for check out. I left the hospital at 6am and had nowhere to go as I had no hotel room. I had to pay £50 for a taxi to get home in another city. Overall I spent close to £100 on a night when I didn't even get to sleep in the hotel room.

We were flying to Germany to do the Christmas markets… or so we thought. Out flights got cancelled at almost midnight :( We went down stairs for breakfast and told the staff as we hadn’t booked breakfast. They were amazing. The lady with blonde hair and the red Christmas jumper was so lovely to us. Her other colleague was equally as lovely! They made us feel so welcome and looked after. Which made the day start of brilliantly as we woke up in a sad mood

Lovely hotel .Thyme restaurant excellent.Our server SKYE? was fantastic.cocktails on offer 2 for £12.00 great value.The food was lovely Piri Piri chicken and the 7oz gammon were really good.Enjoyed the onion rings as well. Had Apple Pie for dessert .really tasty
