I had to leave after 2 days. The hotel didn't want to accept passport as a form of ID for checking in. Forced me to spend 15m looking up an expired driver's license. Then, the next day they claimed that room cleaning was mandatory every other day for some reason. The last straw was when I informed them of a blocked toilet and asked them to take care of it. The response was "we don't do that here" and instructions to come pick up a plunger. They called back 2 hours later, waking me up to ask if i was going to pick up the plunger. After informing them that i was sleeping and would take care of it later, i was asked to check out in the morning if i didn't "help them maintain their property" immediately. Yea, no. Checked out with a refund with no penalties.

black mold around tub, rusty hangers, microwave reeekd of smell and was rusted, black mold inside frig freezer, stain on sheets, revving motorcycle below 2nd floor during the night, disrespectful male staff Rocky and Bob. NO elevator, some sort of germ laden ?? around the sink hole, stains on both chairs with paint coming off chairs.

Awful waited 30 minutes during midnight No answer and I was charged… Don’t waste your time at this poorly managed blunder

Horrible. Sat there for over two hours after booking on ********** and no one came to check us in. We got there at 11:20pm, rang the night service bell and sat there for maybe 30 minutes. Saw a sign that said, “out on property-be back soon.” So we waited another hour. Nothing. Rang their front office with the number provided again, nothing. Eventually we called customer service on ********** and TWO of their agents called them multiple times. Nothing again. By 1:30am we called it quits and got a refund through ********** with no compensation other than a mere refund. Not sure what kind of business leaves paying customers out in the cold for over two hours with no other way to check in. Hope whatever you were doing for those two hours was worth a repeating customer.

Sehr guter Service am front Desk. Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Bad und Zimmer sauber. Betten waren ein wenig durchgelegen.

Booked online when I arrived they said it was sold out and no rooms available

Everything was wonderful. The hotel was clean and well kept up, the management was friendly and helpful - I enjoyed my stay.

This was a 1-night stay between trains into and out of Martinez Amtrak. Rating is based largely on price v. value. Clerk very helpful in recommending place for breakfast very near station also Brew Pub during 5-hour layover on trip back

this is a great place to stay if you just need a place to lay your head, it was clean, the only thing they have full size bed instead of a queen, other than that, I would stay there again.
