黑天鵝賓館(Black Swan Guest House)

A lovely, friendly guesthouse. The rooms were very clean and bathrooms spotless. Our dogs were welcome. I was on the way home and realised I'd lost an earring my partner had bought me. We called them. They had found it and returned it promptly by recorded delivery. I was over the moon. So helpful and kind. Lovely people.

Amazing stay thanks to the fabulous owners who were welcoming and friendly . Nothing was too much trouble for them, superb breakfast and welcoming atmosphere. The room was large and very comfortable bed. Well recommend. 5*

After a longer than expected journey due to dreaded roadworks on the A1 we were welcomed by our hosts who helped us to our room with our case. Room very clean with everything you could need. Breakfast excellent quality and well cooked. I would highly recommend the Black Swan and the local pub the Ingelby Arms just a very short walk away

Superb. Just what we had wanted. Lovely large room, comfortable bed, good facilities, excellent breakfast .... including kippers and welcoming hosts. Very dog friendly and lovely garden. One of the most pleasant places we have stayed in a very long time and would certainly return if in the area again.

I was more than catered for. The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. Due to the weather the windows had to be open and the road and road junction were very noisy, it’s not the fault of the owners at all, just a shame how busy the roads were.

Lovely guesthouse. The owner was really friendly and looked after me well. I was on an overnight stop on a bikepacking trip and the outdoor courtyard room was perfect for me to access with the bike. Nice room but knocked off a star for the pillows - a little thin for me. Breakfast the next day was superb - continental and cooked. Perfect fueling!!!

Lovely welcome, pretty and comfortable room. Breakfast just what we wanted. Very friendly and welcoming. Nice garden for the dogs. Bed was comfortable and the en suite lovely. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

All I can say is my stay at the black swan has been perfect in every way . The owner's can't do enough for you. Lovely full English breakfast. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. One word perfect 👍
