This hotel showed its age. Our firat room did not look like it was vacuumed and had trash and a dirty diaper in it. We were moved to another room and it was slightly cleaner, however, overall the hotel could have been better kept. Housekeeping staff did not speak English and it was hard to communicate questions in passing. Had to direct all questions to front desk. Was double-charged during check-in and will have to get a refund through the bank. We had 4 visitors and only 2 large towels in the room. When asked for extra, 1 towel was given. Glenn was very helpful and attentive to all questions, concerns my husband and I had.
