國家港口凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place National Harbor)

I got a room with the harbor view, it was so beautiful. I watched the sunset through my hotel window. And it’s a walking distance to the barbor and restaurants. Staff were hospitable and nice. The only thing is they don’t have free parking nor they cover the parking fees, unlike other hotels. This is first time experiencing having to pay for my own. I had to pay $24 for a day parking.

We were told they didn’t have the room that I originally reserved. The initial rep was rude and unhelpful. The assistant manager was able to assist me and she sent a gift to the room as a form of apology. Parking is horrible. I love the area but I won’t be returning to the Hyatt anymore.

We contacted the hotel staff about the low temperature in our room. We had a view of the national harbor but the windows made the room very cold. Management said that nothing could be done.

It was convenient and very pleasant stay. I din't like that there wasn't parking in the hotel, but there was parking around the corner of the hotel, with a short walk back.

The Hyatt Place at the National Harbor is wonderful. Michael was simply a God sent. Stephanie is wonderful. Michael made our birthday stay out of this world. He gave us an upgrade waterview room. Thanks Michael . You are simply the best. Denise you are sumply the best!. We

We had a great stay - clean, safe, nice staff, good breakfast with good variety, walking distance to every we want to go especially the fireworks! We had a water view and it was just relaxing to see the water when you wake up in the morning and to see the lights of the Capital Wheel and the carousel at night from our room. The only downside is parking is not free.

Ive stayed in a couple different hotels in National Harbour and this one was the best. The place is kept very clean, the staff was super friendly, and overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the staff were kind, helpful and welcoming.
