After a hectic experience up Sani Pass and 2 days in the mountainous region, staying over at Avani was such a pleasant and necessary experience. The friendly service coupled with a comfortable sleep was a recipe for a safe and relaxed 7 hour journey back home. Thnx Avani for the experience and we will certainly return in the future.

Beautiful experience, great hotel with very helpful staff, great facilities, the process of booking online was swift and seamless, the checking in process was painless and quick, need I mention our arrival, we were directed to the drop off point were we were assisted with our luggage. Great hotel, one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, we will be back!

A cosy home in a foreign country. Geographically beautiful. Step outside and see the entire Maseru. Warm reception and perfect stay. Consistent fine dining. Friendly people always willing to help. A hotel with the best facilities.

I always enjoy my stay at Avani Lesotho, had the pleasure of staying there again for 2 weeks. The rooms are very clean, and they have an excellent breakfast. To our surprise, we were told by the security at the entrance that food from outside the hotel is not allowed, If you go out to any establishment you have to eat there and finish your food. This information was not shared with us during check-in. So it means you will also not be allowed to bring your leftover food (doggy-bag). I have stayed there and have never experienced this as I have bought stuff outside especially juice as there's also a fridge in the room.

Efficiency of the restaurant’s service needs to be improved, particularly when the place is full. Consideration should given to change the type of sleep couch, the current one is uncomfortable and not user friendly.

I enjoyed a stay of 2.5 months at the hotel. Housekeeping (Bonang) was excellent. Every day, I would come to a clean and tidy room. The breakfast is always rich. Drinks were great. They just need to fix the second elevator.

Terrible hotel. Their saving grace is that there have very little competition. Reservations, Reception and Housekeeper do not work in alignment and therefore, together make a royal mess of everything. Wrong room types given, rooms that shouldn't even be sold as hotel rooms are sold. Hugely incompetent.

Overall the stay was okay because we were mostly busy and outside the hotel. Came only to sleep and eat. They could also communicate what could be brought into the hotel when you check in, than to be cross questioned at the door! Thank you.
