珊瑚海灘飯店及度假村(Coral Beach Hotel and Resort Beirut)

Before booking it says breakfast included, i called the hotel to confirm my booking they told me breakfast included but parking fee 600 000 lira. At the hotel during check in they told me breakfast not included.

My room was so stuffy air conditioning wasn’t working Bathroom was so old

I stayed end of February the hotel is very old and not in best shape same goes with rooms everything is super old outdated in the rooms but the hotels location etc is good and the staff is very helpful . They need an urgent renovation plan otherwise it’s good property

Pay per stay not worth the room I was in , need uplift, ac was off couldn’t use it, and drape were damaged, room looked old

This was an outstanding family oriented resort. We stayed at a few other facilities claiming to be the best but it didn’t have the staff or quality of guests as this resort did. We had an amazing time and will definitely do it again! The staff members are extremely friendly and prompt.

The staff - especially at the front desk, were phenomenal. The hotel itself is in desperate need of a complete refresh and some "love". The mattress in the hotel was actually excellent - but everything else was dingy, a little smelly and past its prime. The bathroom was not in good repair and had to get multiple hairdryers that didn't either spark or smell like a fire. The carpet felt dirty, so the slippers were good to have. The view over the pools was marred by random junk thrown behind buildings - but perfectly in view of the hotel rooms. Walls are pretty thin. There are a couple of different pools - one for laps, one more for "resort", and one (I think) for kids. Interestingly, the pool the hotel looks over is the lap pool - which isn't terribly "pretty" vs the "resort" pool. We ended up leaving the property and moving to the Kempinski Summerland for the remainder of our stay.

Everything was good

The team makes it 5 but the venue needs to undergo an excessive renovation. The outside terraces and swimming pools (adults/ kids) are far better than the inside of the hotel. Food is pretty amazing wether it is from room services or pool snack or main restaurant. Housekeeping is poor A big shout out to the in charge manager Haitham S. Moussa who did his best to ease things and to accommodate our requests and managed to make the stay a pleasant one after all

This place is highly recommended. I love how welcoming Farah from reservations is and the smile she keeps on her face. Appreciating how despite the bad conditions we still see people around like this! Keep it up guys.
