The room I was assigned had bed buds, then the second room I was moved too had issues with the tv. The man at the front counter said there was nothing he could do about the tv. I was told I’d get a refund for the inconvenience of getting bit by bed bugs, I never received a refund. I was covered in bites from bedbugs from head to toes that I ended up in the emergency room. I can say I won’t be returning .

Arrived at 2:22pm and they wanted to charge me an extra $50 to check-in before 3pm! Room was ready, I am a 76 year old disabled weary traveler…..NO gracious hospitality!
Also single-ply toilet paper…ugh.
