吉爾奇樂溫暖飯店(Thermal-Badhotel Kirchler)

Wir haben eine gemischte Bewertung abzugeben. Wir hatten ein nagelneues Zimmer in modernstem Design, sehr gross und sehr sehr ansprechend. Das kostet natürlich so 10% mehr als die alten Zimmer. Der Spa ist sehr modern und bestens ausgestattet, alles wunderbar. Der Rest des Hotels ist natürlich dann "alt". Die Bar ist uralt, muss man mögen, wir fanden es eher grottig. Speisesaal ist riesig und ok. Frühstück war sehr gut mit allem was man sich so wünscht. Die Nachmittagsjause war unterirdisch, eine Suppe und ein komplett zerstörtes Kuchenbuffet, 2 Sorte, extrem zuckerlasstig und absolut nicht ansehenswert Das 4-Gang Menü war eine Mischung aus Buffet und gebrachtem Teller, maximal mittlere Qualität, eher schlechte Massenware, sehr enttäuschend Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles klappt bestens und schnell. Also insgesamt: 4 Sterne ist das nicht für lokale Verhältnisse. Das Haus ist eher 3-STerne, SPA und neue Zimmer eher 5 Sterne, das Essen wie geschrieben sehr unterschiedlich und in Summe für österreichische Verhältnisse geht das viel viel besser. Also Mixed Feelings, wir gehen da nicht mehr hin fürs Geld

Ich kenne beinahe alle Hotels in Hintertux im Laufe der Jahre, dieses ist der absolute Preis-Leistungs-Sieger. Phantastischer, neuer Wellnessbereich mit großem Edelstahlpool, 3 Saunen einem Dampfbad und mehreren Ruhebereichen. Die Sonnenterrasse ist ebenfalls neu und der Blick zum Gletscher ist phantastisch.Das Personal aus dem Balkan ist an jeder Stelle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und qualitativ gut. Beim Abendessen ist das Buffet ohne Tadel, wenn Menü in 3 Alternativen angeboten wird, ist es Geschmacksache und für mich befriedigend, die Nachmittagsjause hingegen ist mit Kuchen oder rustikaler Küche genau das, was man erwarten darf. Die neuen Zimmer sind perfekt, bei den alten Zimmern erwartet einen der rustikale Charme der 70iger, insbesondere die Bäder sind für 4* nicht akzeptabel. Im Hause arbeitet auch 1 Masseur, der sehr zu empfehlen ist. Im Skikeller werden die Stiefel leider nicht warm, sondern werden von dem System nur belüftet. Mein Fazit, ein sehr gutes Hotel mit unschlagbarer Preis/Leistung, wo der Urlaub Spaß macht.

Das Zimmer waren zur Straße und deshalb laut und sehr warm da es sehr niedrig war

An einem verregneten Tag haben wir das Thermalbad aufgesucht. Es war angenehm im Wasser. Der Service war in Ordnung, jedoch ist die Einrichtung aus der Zeit herausgerissen und man fühlt sich so als hätte man eine Zeitreise bestritten. Der Poolfilter war extrem laut, sodass eine nicht wirklich entspannt werden konnte.

Nothing was too much trouble. I had agreed to share a room with a friend. Little did I know what an Austrian twin room was( google it if you don’t know) we had already had a nigh**are journey getting to the resort due to plane cancellations and bad weather, only to find that I had to share a bed with my mate. The hotel staff were more than helpful and gave me a room of my own at no extra charge. The hard work to keep us all happy continued throughout the week. The food is delicious and plentiful including the hot soup and delicious cakes waiting for us when we get back in the late afternoon. The main hotel is rustic, warm and clean and the annex which is a few steps away is more modern. There is a spacious secure boot room and a swimming pool and sauna. The only complaint I have. Is that, all this put together with the wonderful skiing made the week pass by far too quickly.

The hotel is showing its age, but it is still worth paying extra to have a beautiful view of the glacier from the window. It is very clean and friendly service. Dinner included in the price of the stay, but definitely exaggerated. There are too many salads, starters, soup, main course, dessert and cheese. Too much. A week and you'll gain a few kilos. Overall, I highly recommend this place for both long and short stays

Friendly family hotel near lifts and good bars. There is perfect place for skiing and relaxinx not just for adult. Perfect is for familly with children..long trip throw valley to nice place at the and of way.. Dinners was exellent .. thank you

Have stayed here a few times now. The food has always been passable (it’s not expensive so one is prepared to accept average). However this week was really below par. They try to offer a six course dinner but frankly it would be better to offer three really GOOD but simple courses. The rooms are excellent and the proximity to the skiing very good too. The sauna is second rate and unkempt with broken tiles and an rather unloved feel. Obviously we will be back but I’d like to see some improvements on the food or will see if we can book room only !
