匹茲堡北岸萬豪SpringHill Suites 飯店(SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh North Shore)

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was decent, but not great. The location is fantastic if you're in town for a ballgame. However, my room was at the very north end of the hotel near the highway and the road noises at night was pretty bad/loud due to the elevated roadway. The reason for my terrible rating on cleanliness is that when I turned down my sheets, I had black flecks of something all in my sheets, as well as a long dark hair under the top sheet I could see. Additionally, I had some sort of dead bug on my side table. It looked like potentially a bed bug, so I didn't get much sleep the only night I was there. I'd recommend this hotel to stay at with a few caveats of asking for a room on the south end of the hotel as well as checking your sheets as soon as you get into your room.

- receptionist was yawning whilst checking us in and was not looking at us - the telephones in the room was down, we couldn't call about dinner, was told restaurant was closed when we went downat 7pm... We had to eat half burnt take out food - the bathroom ceiling and bulb holder is full of mould - ice machine was down - A noisy AC is placed on the floor next to the bed - There was 1 teabag and one satchet of sugar in the room - Bedside light was out

Loved Pittsburgh but our hotel stay was just okay. Shower head was leaking non stop, toilet having trouble flushing, our hotel room phone did not work and could not call the front desk. Had to ask three times, a total of 2 hours to get linens for the pull out couch and towels. Front desk attendant was sleeping on the front couch when we were trying to check out and add my Marriott member ID (I forgot to when we checked in)

My best friend and I always go to Pittsburgh for concerts. This was the first time we stayed at this facility. When we arrived to check in, the ladies at check in was not friendly at all. We told them we was there for a concert and asked about the shuttle. One receptionist told us their was no concert, show we showed our tickets, and receptionist said shuttle doesn’t go there, but we could walk 2 blocks to take a train there.( not very helpful for people staying at their facility).We get to our room and 3 men come out of our room doing a room check, we ask them about directions to concert and or train, one gentleman says we can have the shuttle take you and he’d set it up at front desk. We get ready, go to eat( we did not eat at restaurant in hotel) get back and go to front desk and ask for our shuttle to concert, we wait outside and gentleman shows up stinking of *********, and disoriented to where my friend did not want to go with him, I assure her that we will be okay, and that their is 2 of us, the gentleman struggled to unlocked shuttle doors, we get in shuttle and we inform him that we are going to concert, he says rudely that he can not take us right to concert, he could drop us off 2 blocks from concert, he drops us off at a stop light and says get out, my friend asks him several times where we go and he says there pointing up the street, I told my friend just to get out and we’ll ask someone. In the end I will not stay at this facility again, or recommend it to anyon

Hotel charges for water $4 for 1 liter bottle and parking is very high $27. Sheets were not changed and towels etc for 2 nights I don’t recommend

The worker was very stern& rude, the shower curtain had stuff all over it, the ice machines were like all broken but 1, the neighbor next to us made the experience not great considering she was yelling all morning and you can hear everything through the walls.

Stayed here for the night for the Drake concert. Hotel was very clean and close to PPG Paints Arena. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was good and reasonably priced. The breakfast offered was the standard hotel breakfast...cereal, yogurt, eggs, bagels etc and was well stocked when we went down at 9:30am. Staff was pleasant with the exception of one lady who was restocking breakfast but other than that I would stay again if ever going to another concert. Parking was $27 for the night which I didn't see mentioned in my reservation.

Overall, a very good deal, right on the north shore, close to the 3 museums we wanted to see. The evening front desk person on the 18th was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. The in-room phones were not operational, so we called the front desk with our cell phones. Morning breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable...

Not so friendly at check-in. Room had 2 towels for a family suite. Bodywash and conditioner in shower were empty. Wrong bedding for fold out couch. Sink faucet handle fell off. Pool was grubby and very small. Elevated roadway was right outside the window and loud. Breakfast food was meh, but the breakfast attendant guy was working hard.
