桂冠麥德林精品飯店(Hotel Boutique Laureles Medellin (Hbl))

I stayed at the property last year and returned again as i had such a wonderful experience . I highly recommend the hotel for wonderful location near restaurants and transport links.. the staff are wonderful and so helpful. Breakfast delicious and property is clean. A great experience.

La experiencia en este hotel fue terrible. Nos encontramos sin agua caliente y el personal no mostró interés en solucionar el problema. Llegar después de un día frío y lluvioso, esperando un baño caliente y encontr**** con agua helada fue decepcionante. El equipo parecía carecer de habilidades o simplemente ignoraba nuestra situación. Esta falta de atención y respeto hacia los clientes es inaceptable. Además, lo más frustrante fue que cuestionaron la veracidad de nuestra queja, a pesar de ser evidente que ellos mismos no proporcionaron agua caliente. Esta actitud de negar la realidad empeoró aún más nuestra experiencia, añadiendo una capa adicional de decepción y desconfianza hacia el hotel y su personal.

I stayed here while in Medellin and was very pleased with my choice! I found the room to have everything I wanted - especially in space and cleanliness! I had the room with the spa and it was a great amenity. The location worked very well for me. The breakfast was fine but nothing to gain wait over. I was pleased with the staff - especially Laura with housekeeping. I found myself with various requests that she expertly and efficiently handled with a pleasing smile. She was wonderful! I definitely recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room really served my needs well. The room was very clean. I liked the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I would like to thank Laura in housekeeping for her fine assistance on the several occasions I required extra service. My stay here was wonderful. The location is great.

Un hotel pequeño pero muy bueno, habitaciones muy cómodas y hermosas limpieza impecable, todo muy bueno, el personal muy bueno, excelente desayuno, lo recomiendo

A hotel in a very safe and convenient location. Bars and several restaurants around the corner. Room clean and spacious. Pity the lack of window. Good simple breakfast.

The lack of a microwave oven in the room, the lack of English spoken by the staff, and the lack of an excercise room were the only negatives from my stay. Everything else was outstanding.

Centrally located, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Medellin.

The hotel didn’t respect our *********** reservation leaving us on the street at 8 pm. They claim they tried to contact us but never called. It seems like they oversold their rooms. Reception staff couldn’t do anything and although we requested, no manager wanted to talk to us over the phone. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful service. Stay away from it.
