The waterslides and pool was terrific, except the hot tub was not working. There is plenty of shops, etc., close by. The parking lot was a skating rink and as such quite dangerous

We caked in and had to move rooms 3 times as it wasn’t what we booked. Drink machines didn’t work. Lack of staff to help. No towels in the room , toilet didn’t flush. Maintenance came and said it was just a slow flush but no we had to keep lid off so we could keep replacing the chain. Overall not what it used to be.

We had called a few days before to see if early check in was possible , she said absolutely if your room is ready, call the day of the reservation and they can let you know. Check in is at 4pm, we called at 2:00, to see if this is possible, she said our room isn’t ready yet, but she will call when it is! Fantastic! We never got a call, went to check in at 3:40, and were told check in is at 4, you’ll have to wait. By 4:00 there were 5 families waiting in the lobby before they would check any of us in at 4:00. If it’s against hotel policy for early check ins, then tell us that when we call in! This was frustrating! We had the pool side room, it was nice, conveniently located, very very noisy pool area! It echoed so much that you had to sit right beside someone to have a conversation. But the pool closed at 9:30, so it wasn’t an issue through the night. The hotel is old, needs some updating for sure, but the room had nice vinyl planking and it was clean. It was a fun stay - just started off frustrating

The hotel has taken a drastic decline over the years. The hot tub is permanently closed, which wasn't mentioned till check in. The water park is lack luster for sure and doesn't smell like a pool at all. The Ac/heat units in the rooms do not work, the mattresses are not good hotel mattresses. The restaurants were out of the special by 630, the complimentary breakfast would have been better as a cold breakfast as most of it was still frozen. Definitely not what it used to be.

The property is in need of some updates. The swimming area is fun but needs some service. The breakfast provided would have been delicious but they were out of almost everything by the time I went down.

It is very outdated. The heater and vents were very dirty! Bathroom is very dark and shower had hardly a stream!

We had a balcony room, overlooking the pool. My kids were old enough so I could enjoy my coffee on the balcony while they swam. Awesome! Comfy beds and clean room

Staff was helpful, parking was great as I was pulling a trailer. Although clean and comfortable, rooms are getting a little dated.

The pool and waterslide as usual were great. Room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
