Crowne Plaza 麥地那(Crowne Plaza Madinah)

Excellent location, only 100 metres from Haram, clean rooms, some with Masjid Al Nabwi view, courteous staff. Toilets/ shower are a bit too cramped. Breakfast could be improved but convenient location would mean I will come again.

My stay on 9 to 11 of Feb 2023. Excellent location, short walk from towards the Masjid - the side of the Green Dome. Also a short walk to the food market. Friendly staff and spacious clean room - good condition bath and shower (no horrible grout work)- comfortable mattress topper - clean Tea/Coffee making facilities. Hallway to room smells good with some sort of atomiser and lifts are fast, on either side of the hallway. The receptionist kindly gave me an upgrade from the usual room I'd booked. All in all, this was a pleasant and peaceful experience. I comfortably got changed into my Ihram, ready for my onwards journey to Makkah via train. Mr Akhtar

i’ve never seen that, you have to beg 4 or 5 time a day for getting the bedroom clean, and even like this they don’t come. The carpet is not very clean. And if you dare to complain to the reception, they look like they don’t care at all. it’s a pity because the location is good. the price is so high compare to the bad service. i’ll never come back in this hotel even for free. thank you.

Rooms very small specially those with two single beds are very small for two people the location is good just five minutes walk away from the masjid Al nabawi breakfast is normal not as good as expected

Customer service at hotel is extremely good . Staff at hotel very helpful . You feel welcomed . I would defiantly recommend it and would love to stay again on next visit .

Great location, incredible beautiful view of the Green Dome few 100 meters from the hotel, very busy and popular hotel, great amenities, staff was responsive and accommodating. For women staying at the hotel, know that women’s entrance to the Mosque is a bit of a walk (gate 30-28) take the hotel shuttle saves you the hassle. Fast food restaurants are on the other side of the hotel. So plan accordingly. And oh, don’t get conned like I did when taking a taxi from the Medinah train station to the hotel ( paid 150 SAR) when it should be 40-60 SAR. And to the Airport is more from 50-75SAR.

Ot needs upgrade;bathroom fixtures are old and nob-functional. Shower has no door, floods the floor. I requested non-smoking room but filthy smoking smell was evident in the room. Breakfast area is somewhat poorly managed.
