Was actually really happy with our stay, the bed was very comfy which was a surprise for a hotel. Had Netflix on the TV and a nice balcony on 3rd floor. Thought the room was very nice for the price we paid. Reception people were helpful and polite. Will definitely stay there again in the future

Amazing service from the front desk. Check in and check out procedure was a breeze, apar**ent was nice, clean and cozy with smart TV installed. Proper heating during winter days 👍🏻

Our stay was really good＞ The staff excellent and facilities really good. The apar**ent was well equipped and clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars all round was the curtains in all the rooms were off the tracks at the ends and intermittently along the whole space. Let light in and made the space fell really untidy. An easy fix and don't know why they leave them like it.

Spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Due to extensive roadworks currently in progress, the location wasn't as conveniently located as we'd hoped, and we had difficulty getting a taxi to take us where we needed to go (the staff had booked a taxi to pick us up on our departure and it never arrived). Staff were exceptional in providing suggestions re: public transport options.

Big shout out to all the staff, Kelly, Finn and Mia, so helpful in arranging late night check-in/key access. The room was a good size, and convenient to Melbourne City…walkable..or nearby tram.

This is by far the best Quest we have stayed at in Australia. The hotel is well located and the staff is very nice and helpful. The room is very well appointed, very clean and the kitchenette is very well equipped. The cleaning team makes the room perfect every day and doesn't miss the little details which we really liked. We would definitely recommend it and can't wait to come back!

Great apar**ent. Great location. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and they let is check in early. Room was nice and quiet. Had everything we needed. And the price was great too.

Photos are misleading. Looked directly into an office building. Had to keep curtains drawn at all times. Lobby consisted of two chairs. No housekeeping over 3 days. No coffee maker. Microwave only worked on reheat. Staff friendly.
