Was actually really happy with our stay, the bed was very comfy which was a surprise for a hotel. Had Netflix on the TV and a nice balcony on 3rd floor. Thought the room was very nice for the price we paid. Reception people were helpful and polite. Will definitely stay there again in the future

Amazing service from the front desk. Check in and check out procedure was a breeze, apartment was nice, clean and cozy with smart TV installed. Proper heating during winter days 👍🏻

Quest St Kilda was a great experience. We had booked parking and an extra guest (a third child) and they made everything easy! We actually got delayed two days and thankfully they had space and tried to make one room switch we needed (we had two rooms) smooth and easy. The room is clean (my main standard), the desk is helpful, the microwave, sink, larger fridge (we did the executive apartment) and laundry in room was a pleasant surprise and useful! Though we did not use many dishes or eat snacks, I love that they were available. The hotel was quiet and extra towels brought when needed. I’d definitely stay here again. So thankful I chose this place over other others!

The room was spacious but didnt have the lactose free milk we requested. The room also had bit of a musty smell. We tried to open window but handle lock didnt function right. Wifi worked fine but couldn't work out how to use netflix on tv. Shower was nice and big

Nothing to comment. Building is 3 years old. Room is spacious for single. Request King Bed, very comfy. All good . Nearby Safi cafe is excellent for travelers. 2 mins walking to the tram.

Water temperature in shower kept changing from warm to cold. Location was nice, layout of unit was good. Allowed early check in which was very helpful with two young children.

We enjoyed the quality of the facilities, the easy location to travel by tram into the City CBD. The tram-stop is just at the end of the block or if you are feeling energetic it is a walkable distance to the Arts precinct, the Botanic Gardens, & the city itself. We really liked how quite the area is at night which is helpful for a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding is very comfortable which is always appreciated. The cleaners do an excellent job in keeping the room's facilities.in great condition. We enjoyed having access to a balcony in our room which was a bonus. The reception staff are very helpful, friendly & professional in their manner. Over-all a very enjoyable stay. Keep up the great work that you all do !
